Pr\u00e1cticamente <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">8 de cada 10 personas sufre alg\u00fan tipo de molestia o enfermedad en la columna vertebral<\/span>: <strong>dolores lumbares, dolor de cuello, hernias discales, contracturas musculares, escoliosis, ci\u00e1tica<\/strong>&#8230; son m\u00faltiples las <strong>enfermedades de la espalda <\/strong>y la gran mayor\u00eda est\u00e1n relacionadas con la columna vertebral y con la mala postura corporal, apareciendo con especial frecuencia en las personas con sobrepeso y\/o en baja forma f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La importancia de una correcta postura corporal<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy en d\u00eda, con el ritmo de vida que llevamos y las m\u00faltiples horas que pasamos sentados frente a un ordenador en la mayor\u00eda de trabajos de oficina, acabamos olvidando la importancia de<strong> mantener la espalda recta<\/strong> y correctamente apoyada y nos acostumbramos a malas posturas que perjudican la salud de nuestra espalda y provocan molestias y dolores que disminuyen nuestra calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s la gente que trabaja de pie o haciendo esfuerzos f\u00edsicos tampoco suele tener en cuenta la importancia de mantener un correcta postura corporal ni c\u00f3mo deben realizar sus actividades, y muchas veces realizan esfuerzos excesivos que perjudican la salud de la espalda y de su columna vertebral.<\/p>\n<h5> <strong>Ejercicios y estiramientos para una espalda sana<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aconsejamos procurar <strong>mantener una buena postura corporal<\/strong> cuando estemos sentados en la oficina y levantarnos cada cierto tiempo para estirar la espalda y mover poco a poco el cuello y los hombros en todas direcciones (arriba y abajo, hacia los lados, rotaciones&#8230;). Estos ejercicios de cuello s\u00f3lo nos llevar\u00e1 unos segundos y haran que notemos la diferencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, para facilitar una buena postura corporal en la oficina tambi\u00e9n es importante contar con los elementos adecuados como tener el ordenador pr\u00e1cticamente a la altura de los ojos o tener un soporte para tener los pies bien colocados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para prevenir este tipo de molestias o limitaciones es fundamental <strong>ejercitar regularmente los m\u00fasculos de la columna y del dorso,<\/strong> ya que su funci\u00f3n principal es la de mantener una correcta posici\u00f3n corporal y participar de una manera muy activa en el control de los movimientos corporales. Tambi\u00e9n son fundamentales los <strong>ejercicios abdominales<\/strong>, ya que tener un abdomen fuerte nos ayuda tambi\u00e9n a mantener la verticalidad de nuestra columna y, por tanto, a tener una espalda sana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los que no trabajan en una oficina deben procurar hacer los esfuerzos f\u00edsicos de forma adecuada y con cuidado de no da\u00f1ar la espalda e informarse bien con alg\u00fan experto de la mejor forma de llevar a cabo su trabajo sin perjudicar la salud de su columna vertebral.
