Por ello, en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n saludable procuramos no usarlo pr\u00e1cticamente y sustituirlo por alimentos m\u00e1s beneficiosos para nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El seit\u00e1n como sustituto de la carne<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para realizar estas alb\u00f3ndigas utilizaremos seit\u00e1n, un preparado alimenticio natural elaborado a partir de trigo (no apto para cel\u00edacos). <strong>El seit\u00e1n es uno de los mejores sustitutos de la carne<\/strong> por su alto contenido en <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/en\/the-protein-myth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">prote\u00ednas vegetales <\/a>y por su textura similar a la carne.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ingredientes (4\/5 personas)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para las alb\u00f3ndigas vegetarianas:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Seit\u00e1n 900 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla seca 400 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Ajo 40 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Perejil 60 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Harina de trigo sarraceno 90 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Harina de espelta<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Aceite para fre\u00edr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la salsa sin tomate:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Zanahoria<\/li>\n<li>Cebolla<\/li>\n<li>Apio<\/li>\n<li>Remolacha<\/li>\n<li>Pasta de umeboshi<\/li>\n<li>Or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li>Salsa de soja tamari<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la guarnici\u00f3n:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Guisantes<\/li>\n<li>Zanahoria<\/li>\n<li>Sal marina sin refinar<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n paso a paso de las alb\u00f3ndigas vegetarianas sin tomate<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Picar la cebolla seca muy fina y rehogarla con aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez rehogada la cebolla, se a\u00f1ade el seit\u00e1n picado, pimienta y sal, y se sigue rehogando durante unos minutos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se a\u00f1aden el perejil y la harina de trigo sarraceno.
