Este delicioso y nutritivo plato se puede servir como entrante f\u00e1cil y barato para cualquier comida. Adem\u00e1s de aportarnos un delicioso sabor, es una buena opci\u00f3n para cualquier comida o cena que tengamos que preparar en casa con amigos y familiares. Como de costumbre, esta receta est\u00e1 llena de<strong> ingredientes saludables y deliciosos,<\/strong> y su ingrediente principal son las cebollas.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<h5><strong>Propiedades de las cebollas <\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Previene la osteoporosis en la menopausia: <\/span>La cebolla es beneficiosa para las mujeres con menopausia. En un reciente estudio se descubri\u00f3 que uno de los componentes de la cebolla, tiene la habilidad de <strong>prevenir la destrucci\u00f3n de tejido \u00f3seo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Previene problemas de coraz\u00f3n:<\/span> Ya que la quercetina (un flavonol de las cebollas) ayuda a <strong>prevenir la acumulaci\u00f3n de  placa en las arterias<\/strong>, esta acumulaci\u00f3n de placa podr\u00eda producir un ataque al coraz\u00f3n o paro card\u00edaco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Otro de los ingredientes la remolacha de esta receta saludable, contiene las siguientes propiedades:<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Propiedades de la remolacha <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Este vegetal es tambi\u00e9n muy beneficioso para nuestro organismo, ya que es rico en <strong>\u00e1cido f\u00f3lico<\/strong>, con lo que ayuda al mantenimiento y al desarrollo de nuestras c\u00e9lulas.
