El Ai chi fusiona filosof\u00edas orientales y occidentales, y su pr\u00e1ctica combina energ\u00eda mental, f\u00edsica, y espiritual. El Ai chi fue creado con el objetivo  de ayudar a personas que est\u00e1n en proceso rehabilitaci\u00f3n ya que el <strong>Ai Chi ayuda a incrementar el rango de movilidad<\/strong> de las extremidades, incrementa la flexibilidad y en general la movilidad del practicante.<\/p>\n<h5>\u00bfQu\u00e9 se hace durante la sesi\u00f3n de Ai Chi?<\/h5>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n de Ai chi, los practicantes se sumergen en el agua hasta la altura de los hombros. A continuaci\u00f3n proceder\u00e1n a realizar movimientos a la vez que se realizan respiraciones profundas. En las etapas iniciales, se mueven partes concretas del cuerpo, como las manos, pies o cuello, a la vez que se respira de manera arm\u00f3nica y profunda. En etapas m\u00e1s avanzadas se har\u00e1n movimientos que involucren todo el cuerpo en su conjunto.<\/p>\n<h5> Principios de movimiento f\u00edsicos del Ai Chi<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Curvatura, continuidad, naturalidad y lentitud:<\/span> lentitud permite la reflexi\u00f3n y la auto-observaci\u00f3n.
