La alimentaci\u00f3n es el factor clave por excelencia para<strong> lucir un rostro perfecto<\/strong>, de ah\u00ed la frase \u201csomos lo que comemos\u201d. La idea es, al fin y al cabo, encontrar ese equilibrio perfecto entre el cuidado externo e interno, y seguir una serie de pautas que verdaderamente funcionen como los mejores <strong>alimentos para la piel<\/strong> sana.<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>Los alimentos m\u00e1s beneficios para la piel<\/h5>\n<p>La fruta en general es un gran aliado para nuestra piel. Estos son los <strong>alimentos saludables<\/strong> que m\u00e1s cuidan de nuestra piel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Los c\u00edtricos:<\/strong> La piel necesita vitamina C y antioxidantes para protegerse de los agentes externos y evitar el envejecimiento prematuro<strong>.
