(gelatina natural de origen japon\u00e9s)<\/li>\n<li>Kudzu 10 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Vainilla 1\/6 ud.<\/li>\n<li>Canela en polvo 3 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Ralladura de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>C\u00farcuma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para las galletas de frutos rojos: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Harina de espelta blanca 125 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Harina de espelta integral 125 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Margarina 75 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Melaza de arroz 50 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Frutos rojos 100 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Una cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Elaboraci\u00f3n de las natillas saludables:<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Natillas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Poner todos los ingredientes en una olla menos el kudzu y llevar a ebullici\u00f3n, bajar a fuego lento durante 5 minutos y a\u00f1adir el kudzu disuelto en agua.<\/li>\n<li>Colar con un colador y dejar en una bandeja de 12 cm de profundidad  para que quepa toda la cantidad y se distribuya adecuadamente.
