Es muy importante que la mano est\u00e9 en posici\u00f3n de pronaci\u00f3n (con la mu\u00f1eca hacia abajo). Hacer 4 repeticiones de 15 segundos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ejercicio 2 &#8211; Ejercicio para tr\u00edceps<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Con los brazos estirados, tirar de la goma hacia adelante y hacia atr\u00e1s. Hacer 4 repeticiones de 15 segundos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ejercicio 3 &#8211; Ejercicio para hombros<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>De espaldas, coger la goma y tirar de ella hacia adelante haciendo que los brazos queden totalmente rectos.
