Te presentamos un gazpacho de manzana sabroso y original, adem\u00e1s de  saludable.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>GAZPACHO DE MANZANA<\/strong> -1 pax-<\/p>\n<p>Pimiento rojo 20 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Pimiento verde 20 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo 5 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Pepino 40 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Manzana Granny Smith 40 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Pan de espelta 50 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Agua 20 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra 10 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Vinagre de Manzana 5 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Vinagre de Jerez ml 1 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Sal 2 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ACEITE DE MENTA <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hojas de menta  10 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra 20 ml.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>TEMPURA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arrow root  7 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Remolacha  10 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de girasol  50 ml.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>GELATINA DE CANGREJO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pan de espelta 50 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Cangrejo 2 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Algas Agar Agar  0,1.<\/p>\n<p>Zumo de naranja 0,5 ml.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ESPUMA DE MANZANA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lecitina de soja 1 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Manzana Granny Smith  50 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n Receta saludable: Gazpacho de manzana\n<p><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> GAZPACHO: <\/strong>Corta todas las verduras y d\u00e9jalas enfriar durante 24 horas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A\u00f1ade el vinagre, mezcla los ingredientes  y emulsiona con el aceite para obtener un color m\u00e1s vivo. A\u00f1ade sal. A\u00f1ade la manzana (ya cocinada) y deja enfriar.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> ACEITE DE MENTA: <\/strong>Blanquea las hojas de menta y mezcla con el aceite<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> TEMPURA: <\/strong>Mezcla la remolacha agregando el arrow root hasta obtener una nata uniforme. Coloca el resultado en una manga pastelera. Calienta el aceite y a\u00f1ade la mezcla de la manga pastelera en forma de tiras hasta conseguir una red. Deja fre\u00edr hasta que quede crujiente y deja secar en papel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> GELATINA DE CANGREJO: <\/strong>Lleva el jugo con las algas de agar agar a ebullici\u00f3n y col\u00f3calo en el molde donde antes hemos insertado el cangrejo. D\u00e9jalo 1 hora en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> ESPUMA DE MANZANA: <\/strong>Exprime el jugo de las manzanas, mezcla con la lecitinia de soja y tritura hasta obtener una consistencia espumosa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> PARA TERMINAR: <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Coloca el gazpacho en un bol.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade el pan de espelta en el centro del bol.<\/li>\n<li>Calienta al horno la gelatina y a\u00f1ade el pan.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade la rejilla y luego la espuma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prueba  esta <strong>receta saludable<\/strong> tanto para comer como para cenar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1An\u00edmate a innovar!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Receta saludable de gazpacho de manzana con gelatina de cangrejo y aceite de menta El gazpacho t\u00edpico es el de tomate, pero puede ser muy divertido innovar un poco y hacer algo diferente para sorprender a tu familia o amigos.
