Es muy f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida de preparar.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para preparar la<a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/?s=espelta&amp;lang=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> ensalada<\/a> de verduras (para 2 personas):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Coliflor<\/strong> 50 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Br\u00f3coli<\/strong> 50 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zanahorias<\/strong> 50 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nabo daikon<\/strong> 60 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00facula<\/strong> 20 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can\u00f3nigos<\/strong> 20 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ma\u00edz<\/strong> 30 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Radiquio<\/strong> 40 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Mini <strong>acelga<\/strong> morada 30 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinagre de moderna<\/strong> 80 ml.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aceite oliva virgen extra<\/strong> 70 ml.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el restaurante SHAMADI se prepara esta ensalada con las verduras del huerto ecol\u00f3gico de SHA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n Huerto ecol\u00f3gico de SHA\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n de la ensalada de verduras: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corta la coliflor y los br\u00f3colis en arbolitos peque\u00f1os y d\u00e9jalos macerar en una soluci\u00f3n de 200 ml. de agua y 10 ml. de vinagre de M\u00f3dena.<\/li>\n<li>Corta la zanahoria en tiras y a\u00f1ade a la soluci\u00f3n. Deja macerar durante 2 horas.<\/li>\n<li>Pela el daikon y corta a cubitos peque\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade unos granos de ma\u00edz.<\/li>\n<li>Monta la ensalada en un plato con las distintas hojas , a\u00f1ade las verduras escurridas y a\u00f1ade el daikon.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce el resto de vinagre hasta 3\/4 partes y deja enfriar.<\/li>\n<li>Ali\u00f1ar con el vinagre, aceite y sal maldom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es muy <strong>f\u00e1cil y sencilla de realizar<\/strong>.
