Se ha convertido en el aperitivo ideal para cenas y reuniones de amigos.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La receta de hummus saludable que te traemos hoy te encantar\u00e1 por su sabor pero tambi\u00e9n por sus propiedades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Garbanzos<\/strong> 200 gr.<\/p>\n<p>Zumo de 1 <strong>lim\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comino<\/strong> 5 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tahini blanco<\/strong> 50 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zanahoria<\/strong> 150 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daikon<\/strong> 150 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calabac\u00edn<\/strong> 100 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Germinado alfalfa<\/strong> 30 grs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alga Kombu<\/strong> 5 gr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aceite de Oliva<\/strong> 75 ml.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/humus.de_.garbanzos.con_.verduras.y.germinados.alfalfa1.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n del Hummus de garbanzos con verduras y germinados:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Poner los garbanzos el d\u00eda anterior a remojo.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Escurrir los garbanzos y ponerlos a cocer en abundante agua con el alga kombu. Una vez cocinados escurrir<strong> y desechar las algas kombu. Triturar junto con el tagini, comino y aceite de oliva<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el zumo de lim\u00f3n a lo \u00faltimo. <strong>Preparar la masa en una manga pastelera.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pelar y tornear las verduras y blanquear<\/strong> durante 1 minuto y medio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disponer el humus en 1 plato en forma<\/strong> de cilindro con ayuda de la manga.<\/li>\n<li>Calentar las verduras y <strong>a\u00f1adir de forma estrat\u00e9gica encima del humus.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Puede que os resulte un poco m\u00e1s complicada de realizar que la <strong>receta de hummus habitual<\/strong>, la cl\u00e1sica, aunque sin duda merece la pena probar esta nueva modalidad, servida diariamente en el resturante SHAMADI de Sha. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Esperamos os haya gustado y que os anim\u00e9is a probarla!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Te presentamos esta receta de hummus saludable muy f\u00e1cil y pr\u00e1ctica de hacer.
