El origen del <strong>Nordic Walking<\/strong> data de los a\u00f1os 30.  Muchos esquiadores utilizaban lo que ahora se conoce como Nordic Walking para entrenar durante el verano y oto\u00f1o, y as\u00ed continuar entrenados mientras no pod\u00edan esquiar. Esta modalidad deportiva<strong> consiste en caminar activamente con la ayuda de unos bastones<\/strong> de forma que se mejoran aspectos como la capacidad aer\u00f3bica, el consumo m\u00e1ximo de ox\u00edgeno, la resistencia f\u00edsica y psicol\u00f3gica, etc\u00e9tera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los beneficios del<strong> Nordic Walking<\/strong> son:<\/p>\n<p>1)<strong> Utiliza el 90% de los m\u00fasculos del cuerpo<\/strong>. En comparaci\u00f3n, el andar \u201cnormal\u201d solo utiliza un 70%.
