Este programa \u00fanico se centra en mejorar cada una de las \u00e1reas de la vida, tanto personal como profesional.<\/p>\n<h4>Introducci\u00f3n breve al Mindfulness (no m\u00e1s de 3 frases)<\/h4>\n<p>El Mindfulness consiste en tomar la concentraci\u00f3n de \u201cel momento presente\u201d y el conocimiento desarrollado en la meditaci\u00f3n y sacarlo al mundo exterior contigo. Un aspecto fundamental del Mindfulness se basa en desarrollar una \u201cforma de ser\u201d donde, con cuidado y desarrollando atenci\u00f3n eliges:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Estar completamente presente, en cada momento, a cada momento.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ser plenamente consciente, en cada momento, de sus procesos internos (pensamientos, emociones, sensaciones, sentimientos), su mundo externo y c\u00f3mo interactuar con \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Adoptar una actitud abierta, amable y curiosa hacia lo que traiga cada momento.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hacerlo sin juzgar y sin buscar la manera de cambiar nada \u2013 aceptar el momento tal como viene.<\/p>\n<p>Con tiempo y pr\u00e1ctica esto te permite tener un mayor conocimiento de ti mismo y tus pensamientos, y de las emociones y acciones que le siguen: dar paso a la libertad, la calma, la claridad y la elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/what-is-mindfulness.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las diferencias entre mindfulness y meditaci\u00f3n tradicional?<\/h4>\n<p>El Mindfulness es la otra cara de la moneda de la meditaci\u00f3n, siendo la meditaci\u00f3n la base sobre la que se funda el mindfulness. <strong>El Mindfulness es la pr\u00e1ctica del d\u00eda a d\u00eda<\/strong>, momento a momento de una mentalidad meditativa, especialmente centrada en el \u201cconocimiento\u201d. El Mindfulness en la forma que est\u00e1 barriendo el mundo en este momento es, en cierta medida, un re-envasado de diversos aspectos del propio Mindfulness y la meditaci\u00f3n de introspecci\u00f3n y pr\u00e1cticas de meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfPara qui\u00e9n se recomienda especialmente el mindfulness?<\/h4>\n<p>Tanto el Mindfulness como la meditaci\u00f3n se recomiendan para absolutamente todo el mundo. No hay literalmente nada en el mundo que tenga tal <strong>cantidad de beneficios<\/strong> (f\u00edsicos, mentales, emocionales, cognitivos\u2026) Y tantas pruebas cient\u00edficas y m\u00e9dicas que apoyen estos beneficios, que incluyen (aunque van m\u00e1s lejos) una <strong>salud y sistema inmunitario m\u00e1s fuertes, mejoras en el sue\u00f1o, una presi\u00f3n arterial m\u00e1s baja, mejora de la juventud y la lucha contra el envejecimiento, la p\u00e9rdida de peso natural, energ\u00eda cerebral mejorada, manejo del dolor, relaci\u00f3n mejorada, mayor felicidad, el \u00e9xito, la autoestima, la confianza<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfCu\u00e1l cree que es la raz\u00f3n de que el Mindfulness est\u00e9 tan de moda actualmente?<\/h4>\n<p>En parte se debe a las crecientes tensiones en el bienestar de la salud (f\u00edsicas, mentales y emocionales) de la poblaci\u00f3n (como resultado de la forma en que muchas personas est\u00e1n viviendo y trabajando) y de su <strong>necesidad y deseo de gestionar y mejorar su situaci\u00f3n<\/strong> &#8211; junto con el creciente comprensi\u00f3n de que el Mindfulness y la meditaci\u00f3n ofrecen herramientas eficaces para hacerlo.
