Inv\u00edtalos a merendar y pasar la tarde juntos frente a la chimenea o viendo pel\u00edculas.<strong> \u00a1Es un plan ideal! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Los ingredientes que necesitas son:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 placa de <strong>hojaldre<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Manzanas golden y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sha-boutique.com\/agar-agar-algas\/agar-agar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">agar<\/a> (para la <strong>compota de manzana<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>270 grs. de harina de espelta, 80 grs. de pasta de almendra tostada, 40 grs. de margarina BIO, y 110 grs. de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sha-boutique.com\/siropes\/sirope-de-agave-500g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e1gave<\/a> (para la <strong>Arena blanca<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>800 grs. de leche de avena, 8 grs. de sal, 200 grs. de \u00e1gave, 8,5 grs. de agar, 50 grs. t\u00e9 Mu, 200 grs. de pasta de almendra blanca, 200 grs. de nata de soja y 200 grs. de yogur (para el <strong>helado de t\u00e9 de Mu<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>400 grs. de \u00e1gave y 400 grs. de nata de soja (para el <strong>Toffee<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Placa de hojaldre:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corta en rombos con un corta pastas en forma de rombo y ponlas sobre una l\u00e1mina anti adherente.<\/li>\n<li>Hornea a 200 grados entre 2 l\u00e1minas anti adherentes y con 2 rejillas de peso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Compota de manzana<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hierve las manzanas.<\/li>\n<li>Hornea a 160 grados con agar espolvoreado por encima.<\/li>\n<li>Tritura todo y cuela.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Arena blanca:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduce todos los ingredientes en una batidora hasta que forme grumos.<\/li>\n<li>Extiende sobre una l\u00e1mina antiadherente y hornea a 160 grados durante 10 minutos aprox.<\/li>\n<li>Enfr\u00eda y tritura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Helado de t\u00e9 de Mu:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n todos los ingredientes (menos nata y yogur).<\/li>\n<li>Deja infusionar a fuego lento durante 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Cuela, y mezcla con los dem\u00e1s ingredientes.<\/li>\n<li>Vuelca el contenido en vasos herm\u00e9ticos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Toffee<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calienta a fuego bajo unos 30 minutos aproximadamente hasta hacer caramelo oscuro.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla con la nata.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce en un biber\u00f3n de cocina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/receta-saludable-tarta-manzana.jpg\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Presentaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lamina la mitad de una manzana pelada.<\/li>\n<li>Haz la forma de rombo intercalando las manzanas.<\/li>\n<li>Monta la tarta, congela y hornea 15 minutos con toffee pintado a 160 grados.<\/li>\n<li>Vuelve a hornear 3 minutos antes de servir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esperamos que te guste esta receta del Restaurante Shamadi de <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SHA<\/a>.
