Tambi\u00e9n se produce en pa\u00edses como Ecuador, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, o Estados Unidos. Se cuece a fuego medio durante unos <strong>20 minutos<\/strong>, o hasta que el grano se vuelva transparente. Es conveniente poner en remojo durante 30 minutos a una hora antes de cocinarla.<br \/>\nEl tiempo perfecto de cocci\u00f3n se alcanza cuando cada grano de quinoa ha <strong>doblado su volumen y libera su germen blanco<\/strong>. Se recomienda servir inmediatamente reci\u00e9n cocida para mantener su sabor y el valor nutritivo.<\/p>\n<h4>Los beneficios de la Quinoa<\/h4>\n<p>Estos son algunos de los beneficios para la salud de este \u00absuper alimento\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong> La Quinoa no contiene gluten<\/strong> y <strong>tiene el doble de prote\u00ednas que el arroz integral o la cebada<\/strong>. De hecho <strong>contiene 11 amino\u00e1cidos<\/strong> que la convierten en una prote\u00edna completa. Es adem\u00e1s una buena <strong>fuente de hierro, manganeso y magnesio.<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211;<strong> La Quinoa tiene un contenido en fibra mucho m\u00e1s alto que la mayor\u00eda de cereales<\/strong>,  lo que ayuda contra estre\u00f1imiento y rebaja los niveles de colesterol y glucosa. Adem\u00e1s, la fibra previene enfermedades de coraz\u00f3n, diabetes y presi\u00f3n arterial.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>La Quinoa es apropiada para perder peso<\/strong> ya que hace que te sientas lleno durante m\u00e1s tiempo. Tiene un \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico bajo, aunque es relativamente alto en carbohidratos.
