Postre: Pastel de zanahoria con crema de anacardo<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>1. Entrante: Fried Soba Sushi en caldo<\/h4>\n<p>El gran favorito de mi familia. La combinaci\u00f3n de sushi frito con el caldo tiene un fant\u00e1stico sabor, y es ligero pero nutritivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>caldo<br \/>\n1 shitake enjuagado, empapado y en rodajas<br \/>\n2 tiras de kombu enjuagado<br \/>\nshoyu<br \/>\nmirin<br \/>\nSal marina<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soba Sushi<\/strong><br \/>\n2 hojas de nori tostadas<br \/>\n2 cebolletas lavadas y cortadsa muy fina<br \/>\n1 zanahoria lavada y cortada en juliana<br \/>\n2 cucharaditas de jengibre fresco<br \/>\nMedio paquete de soba cocinados<br \/>\nAceite de c\u00e1rtamo para fre\u00edr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/macrobiotic-sushi1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7616\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/macrobiotic-sushi1.jpg\" alt=\"macrobiotic-sushi\" width=\"600\" height=\"429\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nColocar el shiitake y el kombu en una olla. A\u00f1adir el agua y llevar a ebullici\u00f3n a fuego medio.<br \/>\nRetirar el kombu.<br \/>\nSazonar con una pizca de sal marina, shoyu y mirin.<br \/>\nColocar los fideos en filas en una tabla de cortar.<br \/>\nColocar una hoja de nori sobre una esterilla de sushi.<br \/>\nColocar una capa de fideos de todo el nori. Dejar 1\/2 pulgada en la parte superior e inferior de la nori.<br \/>\nColocar una l\u00ednea de zanahorias y cebolletas a trav\u00e9s de los fideos.<br \/>\nEnrollar el sushi en la estera.<br \/>\nRepetir para hacer otro rollo.<br \/>\nCortar cada rollo a la mitad.<br \/>\nMientras tanto, calentar el aceite en una sart\u00e9n. Cuando el aceite est\u00e9 caliente, fre\u00edr el rollo de sushi durante unos 3 minutos.<br \/>\nRetirar y escurrir sobre papel de cocina.<br \/>\nCortar en trozos de peque\u00f1o tama\u00f1o con un cuchillo h\u00famedo.<br \/>\nDividir el sushi entre 4 tazones.<br \/>\nVerter el caldo caliente por encima.<br \/>\nServir adornado con las restantes zanahorias, cebolletas y jengibre fresco.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>2. Primer plato: Red Dragon Pie<\/h4>\n<p>Red Dragon Pie le calentar\u00e1 hasta de pies a cabeza y es una opci\u00f3n agradable para cualquier d\u00eda fr\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 taza de jud\u00edas azuki, que hayan pasado la noche en remojo<br \/>\n1 taza de arroz integral cocido<br \/>\n2 tazas y 1\/2 de agua<br \/>\n1-2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<br \/>\n1 cebolla picada<br \/>\n2 zanahorias, picadas muy finas<br \/>\n1 taza de cubitos de calabaza<br \/>\n2 dientes de ajo, picados finos<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de jengibre fresco rallado<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de polvo de chile seco (opcional)<br \/>\n1-2 cucharadas de salsa de soja shoyu<br \/>\n2 cucharadas de pasta de tomate org\u00e1nico<br \/>\n1 cucharadita o menos de hierbas mezcladas como perejil, tomillo, or\u00e9gano<br \/>\n1-2 tazas de agua<br \/>\n6-8 batatas cocidos y hechas pur\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nColocar el kombu y las jud\u00edas en una olla y llevar a ebullici\u00f3n. Cocinar a fuego lento, tapado, durante unos 45-50 minutos.<br \/>\nNOTA: Esta parte de la receta se puede hacer previamente o \u00a1se puede utilizar una lata de jud\u00edas org\u00e1nicas!<br \/>\nPara continuar. . .<br \/>\nPoner una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio-alto y agregar el aceite y el ajo. A\u00f1adir la cebolla y sofre\u00edr durante un minuto. A\u00f1adir la zanahoria y la calabaza y saltear un minuto m\u00e1s.<br \/>\nAgregar las jud\u00edas cocidas y el arroz y mezclar bien.<br \/>\nA\u00f1adir la salsa de soja, el tomate, el chile, el jengibre, las hierbas y una taza de agua.<br \/>\nLlevar a ebullici\u00f3n.<br \/>\nCocinar a fuego lento durante unos 10 minutos para mezclar los sabores.<br \/>\nColocar la mezcla de jud\u00edas y arroz en una cazuela con aceite.<br \/>\nColocar las batatas en la parte superior.<br \/>\nHornear a 175degrees C o 350 \u00b0 F durante 20 minutos.<br \/>\nServir adornado con perejil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4> 3. Segundo plato: Calabaza rellena<\/h4>\n<p>La Calabaza rellena siempre a\u00f1ade un toque de celebraci\u00f3n a la mesa festiva. Esta receta tiene una maravillosa mezcla de sabores que sorprende en las papilas gustativas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 calabazas peque\u00f1as cortadas por la mitad sin semillas<br \/>\nUna peque\u00f1a cantidad de aceite de oliva<br \/>\n1\/2 bloque de tofu<br \/>\n1 zanahoria rallada<br \/>\n1 tallo de apio picado muy fino<br \/>\n1\/2 cebolla cortado en cubitos<br \/>\n! cucharada de aceite de s\u00e9samo<br \/>\nshoyu<br \/>\nVinagre Ume<br \/>\n1 cucharada de Kuzu diluido en un poco de agua<br \/>\nJengibre fresco<br \/>\nAgua de manantial 1\/2 taza<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/stuffed_pumpkins_macrobiotic.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7618\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/stuffed_pumpkins_macrobiotic.jpg\" alt=\"stuffed_pumpkins_macrobiotic\" width=\"600\" height=\"428\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"hps\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"hps\">Colocar las<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">calabazsa en una<\/span> olla de vapor <span class=\"hps\">con<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el lado cortado<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">hacia abajo.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Cepillar ligeramente<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">con aceite de oliva<\/span>.<br \/>\nHervir <span class=\"hps\">durante unos 15-20<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">minutos o<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">hasta que est\u00e9n blandas<\/span>.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hps\">Mientras tanto<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">rehogar<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la cebolla<\/span>, el apio <span class=\"hps\">y<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la zanahoria.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">A\u00f1adir<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tofu<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y continuar <\/span><span class=\"hps\">salteando<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">durante unos 2<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">minutos.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">A\u00f1adir la<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">salsa de soja<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y vinagre<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ume<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Retirar del fuego<\/span>.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hps\">Colocar la<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">calabaza<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en una<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">fuente de servir<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y rellenar<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">con la mezcla de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">queso de soja<\/span>.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hps\">Usar el<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">agua de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">cocer al vapor<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la calabaza y<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a\u00f1adir el<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Kuzu<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">diluido.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Revolver hasta que el<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Kuzu<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">haya espesado<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Sazonar con<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">salsa de soja<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y jengibre<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">fresco.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"hps\">Verter sobre <\/span><span class=\"hps\">la calabaza y<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">servir adornado<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">con perejil<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\">4. Fabuloso con una taza de t\u00e9 verde caliente despu\u00e9s de regresar de un vigorizante paseo de Navidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/sugar-and-dairy-free-carrot-cake-shawellness1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7633\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/sugar-and-dairy-free-carrot-cake-shawellness1.jpg\" alt=\"sugar-and-dairy-free-carrot-cake-shawellness\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I taza de harina de trigo integral para reposter\u00eda<\/p>\n<p>1 taza de harina blanca sin blanquear<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada de polvo para hornear<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharaditas de canela<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cucharadita de nuez moscada<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cucharadita de pimienta inglesa o pimienta de Jamaica<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharadita de jengibre molido<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd taza de aceite de coco<\/p>\n<p>Jarabe de arce 2\/3 taza<\/p>\n<p>2\/3 de taza de leche de soja<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cucharadita de sal marina<\/p>\n<p>2 tazas de zanahoria finamente rallada<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd taza de pi\u00f1a triturada o pasas<\/p>\n<p>1 taza de nueces tostadas y picadas<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Precalentar el horno a 175 grados C (350 \u00b0 F).<\/p>\n<p>Tamizar la harina, el polvo de hornear,  el bicarbonato de sodio, las especias y la sal en un taz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Mezclar el aceite, el jarabe de arce, la leche de soja, y el extracto de vainilla en un taz\u00f3n con una batidora.<\/p>\n<p>Agregar los ingredientes h\u00famedos a los secos y mezclar entre s\u00ed para formar una pasta. A\u00f1adir las nueces, las zanahorias y pi\u00f1a y mezclar suavemente.<\/p>\n<p>Verter la mezcla en 2 moldes de pasteler\u00eda engrasadas y hornear durante 25-30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Dejar enfriar.<\/p>\n<p>Poner un poco del glaseado naranja en la parte superior de una capa y colocar la otra capa encima.
