En cualquier caso, si se diagnostica y previene a tiempo, se puede evitar un gran n\u00famero de patolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Controlar el estr\u00e9s no puede ni debe ser un proceso radical, por el contrario, <strong>es muy importante que sea un proceso gradual de consciencia<\/strong>, que nos afecta en nuestras vidas. Es urgente y esencial crear un equilibrio entre tensi\u00f3n, presi\u00f3n y descompresi\u00f3n, tanto f\u00edsica como mental.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El objetivo de este ejercicio es aprender a gestionar el estr\u00e9s cotidiano<\/strong>, llegando a comprender si se tiene una vida equilibrada o si existe una o m\u00e1s partes de su vida a las que est\u00e1 dedicando m\u00e1s tiempo y le est\u00e1n causando m\u00e1s estr\u00e9s. As\u00ed, podr\u00e1 saber lo que necesita cambiar <strong>para alcanzar una vida m\u00e1s equilibrada y sana en todos sus aspectos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El siguiente ejercicio debe realizarse de la siguiente forma:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; En porcentajes del 1 al 100% indique cu\u00e1nto tiempo le dedica a los siguientes aspectos en una semana. Ya sea en d\u00edas laborables o en fin de semana. El total no tiene porqu\u00e9 sumar 100. A cada categor\u00eda hay que asignarle del 1 al 100%. Algunas categor\u00edas pueden coincidir en la puntuaci\u00f3n, otras pueden tener 0%.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>La vida familiar y amororsa<\/strong> son independientes. Para las parejas que tienen hijos observar si les queda tiempo para ellos dos;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Las tecnolog\u00edas<\/strong> se refiere al tiempo dedicado a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas (ordenador, iPad, m\u00f3vil, etc.) fuera del trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Actividades l\u00fadicas o recreativas<\/strong> es si tiene alg\u00fan hobby o si dedica tiempo a creatividades: canto, danza, cocina, pintura, m\u00fasica, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Entretenimiento<\/strong> se refiere a: televisi\u00f3n, cine, lectura, espect\u00e1culos etc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>El tiempo en medio de transportes o tr\u00e1nsito<\/strong> es cuanto tiempo del d\u00eda emplea en desplazamientos o si tiene una vida profesional que le obliga a viajar mucho y constantemente.<\/p>\n<p>Al final del ejercicio, mire el resultado e intente ver lo que considera que necesita de su atenci\u00f3n para reequilibrar su vida.<\/p>\n<p>Por mucho que le guste su trabajo y lo lleve a cabo de una forma apasionada, intente ver si no est\u00e1 invirtiendo demasiada energ\u00eda en ello y dejando de lado otras partes de su vida.<\/p>\n<p>El estr\u00e9s puede convertirse en una adici\u00f3n, cuando se torna cr\u00f3nico y creemos que es normal vivir con un ritmo fren\u00e9tico permanente sin ser conscientes del estr\u00e9s que eso nos est\u00e1 causando.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/aprender-gestionar-estres.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7670\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/aprender-gestionar-estres.jpg\" alt=\"a00457895 7103\" width=\"600\" height=\"424\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Puede conllevar: <strong>Dormir mal o poco<\/strong>, no tener tiempo para s\u00ed mismo, <strong>alimentarse de forma deficiente<\/strong>, saltarse comidas o comer en demas\u00eda\u2026 <strong>El estr\u00e9s est\u00e1 directamente ligado al sistema digestivo<\/strong> y la alimentaci\u00f3n (equilibrada o deficiente). Sentirse cansado permanentemente, dolores musculares, tensi\u00f3n en el cuerpo y la espalda. Estar nervioso y sentir ansiedad.
