Busca (y encuentra) el lado positivo de cada d\u00eda por mucha pereza que te de levantarte de la cama y llegar hasta la oficina. <strong>No cuentes los d\u00edas, haz que cada d\u00eda cuente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h4>Est\u00edrate.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s del pensamiento vienen los estiramientos.
