Cualquiera en casa, con los ingredientes necesarios puede prepararla:<strong> Revuelto de Tofu<\/strong>. Despu\u00e9s de las fiestas es bueno poder comer algo <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/trucos-para-comer-sano-fuera-de-casa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sano<\/a> para desintoxicar el cuerpo de los <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/te-para-adelagazar-tras-las-navidades\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">excesos cometidos durante las fiestas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes (para 3\/4 personas):<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Aceite de girasol o de s\u00e9samo. 1 cucharada sopera.<\/li>\n<li>Tofu normal o ahumado. 200 grs.<\/li>\n<li>1 Cebolla pelada y cortada en dados.<\/li>\n<li>Shoyu (salsa de soja). 2 cucharadas peque\u00f1as.<\/li>\n<li>6\/8 champi\u00f1ones lavados, cortados y troceados.<\/li>\n<li>1 Hoja de alga nori.<\/li>\n<li>2 Cebollas frescas y cortadas en tiras finas.<\/li>\n<li>Granos de ma\u00edz dulce de una mazorca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7881\" style=\"width: 778px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/recetasaludable.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7881\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7881\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/recetasaludable.jpg\" alt=\"receta saludable\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-7881\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Revuelto de Tofu<\/p><\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p>1. <strong>Calienta el aceite en una sart\u00e9n y saltea la cebolla<\/strong> hasta que se ablande.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>A\u00f1ade los champi\u00f1ones y los granos<\/strong> de ma\u00edz dulce.<\/p>\n<p>3. Deshaz el <strong>tofu y a\u00f1\u00e1delo, mezclando<\/strong> cuidadosamente.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>A\u00f1ade un poco de agua fr\u00eda y el shoyu<\/strong> (salsa de soja).<\/p>\n<p>5. Deja<strong> hervir<\/strong> durante 5 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>6. <strong>Parte el alga nori en trocitos peque\u00f1os e int\u00e9gralos<\/strong> en la mezcla.<\/p>\n<p>7.<strong> Sirve con pan<\/strong> sin levadura.<\/p>\n<p>8. <strong>Adorna con tiras finas de cebolla<\/strong> fresca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Variantes:<\/h3>\n<p>Puedes<strong> a\u00f1adir un poco de pimienta negra<\/strong> a la mezcla si lo deseas o extender una fina capa de mostaza en grano sobre el pan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>El Tofu es un ingrediente accesible a todos, adem\u00e1s de muy beneficioso para tu salud<\/strong>: es amplio en prote\u00ednas vegetales por lo que <strong>minimiza las p\u00e9rdidas de calcio a trav\u00e9s de la orina<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n reduce los niveles de colesterol, lo cual es <strong>bueno para el coraz\u00f3n<\/strong>.
