Es por ello que el desayuno debe ser rico en nutrientes. Hoy queremos proponerte un <strong>desayuno de lo m\u00e1s saludable: Porridge de Avena integral<\/strong>. Es un buen complemento para que forme parte de un buen desayuno macrobi\u00f3tico, adem\u00e1s de ser ideal para una fr\u00eda ma\u00f1ana de invierno.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes (4 personas):<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Taza de 175 gramos de avena integral.<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de sal marina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Lava la avena y d\u00e9jala en remojo en seis tazas<\/strong> (litro y medio) de agua durante seis horas, o toda la noche.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pon la avena en una olla a presi\u00f3n con la sal y ll\u00e9vala a punto de presi\u00f3n.<\/strong> Pon la olla sobre un difusor de llama, baja el fuego al m\u00ednimo y deja cocer durante aproximadamente 50 minutos.<br \/>\n<strong>Otra forma de cocinarla <\/strong>es calentando la avena muy lentamente en una sart\u00e9n de hierro fundido, durante varias horas, removiendo de vez en cuando.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div id=\"attachment_8057\" style=\"width: 778px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8057\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8057\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/avena21.jpg\" alt=\"Desayuno saludable\" width=\"768\" height=\"384\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-8057\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Desayuno saludable: Porridge de Avena integral<\/p><\/div>\n<h4><em>Porridge de otras variedades de Avena<\/em><\/h4>\n<h4>Ingredientes (para 2 personas):<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Taza de 110 gramos de la avena a elegir<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de sal marina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Deja en remojo la avena <\/strong>a utilizar la noche antes de cocerla, pues da un <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/recetas-saludables-porridge-de-arroz\/\">porridge<\/a> m\u00e1s cremoso y digestivo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pon la avena junto con una pizca de sal marina y tres tazas de agua en una sart\u00e9n <\/strong>de hierro fundido.
