Necesitamos que lo que ingerimos como desayuno nos aporte la energ\u00eda suficiente para toda la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuestro desayuno comienza con nuestra cena<\/strong>. \u00bfQu\u00e9 quiere decir esto? Que depende de lo cenemos as\u00ed ser\u00e1 nuestro desayuno. <strong>Desde la macrobi\u00f3tica recomendamos cenar ligero y temprano<\/strong> de forma que al levantarnos tengamos apetito. Con esta medida tambi\u00e9n permitimos a los diferentes \u00f3rganos del cuerpo realizar tareas de limpieza y reparaci\u00f3n en vez de tener que estar trabajando en sacar adelante la \u00faltima ingesta.<\/p>\n<p>Supongamos que hemos realizado una cena ligera y temprana (a las 8:30 como muy tarde).  Al levantarnos al d\u00eda siguiente tendremos apetito y notaremos que nuestra energ\u00eda comienza a activarse. <strong>Para respetar esa energ\u00eda ligera y ascendente, nuestro desayuno ha de ser nutritivo y h\u00famedo<\/strong> pero no excesivamente pesado. A continuaci\u00f3n os dejamos una serie de alternativas que respetan estos criterios:<\/p>\n<h4>Opci\u00f3n 1: Crema de arroz<\/h4>\n<p>Para esta receta podemos utilizar arroz integral ya cocido (por ejemplo, sobras del d\u00eda anterior que hemos guardado en la nevera). Hervimos el arroz cocido 10 minutos en cualquier tipo de bebida vegetal (leche de arroz, leche de avena, etc.), pudiendo a\u00f1adir pasas, algunos frutos secos tostados y\/o alg\u00fan endulzante como sirope de arroz o de cebada. <strong>Esta crema tiene efectos beneficiosos tanto en el estado f\u00edsico como en el mental.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Opci\u00f3n 2: Crema de mijo<\/h4>\n<p>En primer lugar molemos el mijo (3 cucharadas) hasta convertirlo en una s\u00e9mola. Posteriormente hervimos 10-15 minutos sin dejar de mover con 300ml de bebida vegetal de avena o arroz. Podemos a\u00f1adir canela, semillas de lino trituradas, sirope de arroz para endulzar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Opci\u00f3n 3: Pan y bebida vegetal<\/h4>\n<p>Es la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctica, <strong>para los que tienen m\u00e1s prisa o menos ganas de meterse a la cocina.<\/strong> Si tenemos acceso a un pan de buena calidad, preparado con masa madre y harina integral, podemos tomarlo acompa\u00f1ado de alguna mermelada natural (sin az\u00facar) o algo de aceite de oliva o lino. Para las personas con problemas de h\u00edgado, sequedad de piel, boca u ojos, estre\u00f1imiento seco o dolores de cabeza es recomendable tomarlo al vapor. Tambi\u00e9n se puede acompa\u00f1ar de alg\u00fan pat\u00e9 vegetal al gusto.<\/p>\n<h4>Opci\u00f3n 4: Crema de copos de avena<\/h4>\n<p>Es el <strong>desayuno m\u00e1s extendido en pa\u00edses del norte de Europa<\/strong>. Se cuecen los copos de avena en alguna bebida vegetal con una ramita de canela y un poco de piel de lim\u00f3n durante 10 minutos. En caso de querer darle un toque m\u00e1s en\u00e9rgico podemos a\u00f1adir una cucharadita de crema de almendras o cacahuetes. Se puede a\u00f1adir sirope de arroz para endulzar y frutos secos tostados para acompa\u00f1ar.<\/p>\n<h4>Opci\u00f3n 5: Sopa de miso<\/h4>\n<p>Es la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s recomendable <strong>para personas con problemas de salud<\/strong> que quieren encontrarse mejor.
