La alimentaci\u00f3n nos puede ayudar a entrar en calor y a <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/alimentos-que-mejoran-las-defensas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">combatir enfermedades, incluso aumentando nuestras defensas<\/a>.<br \/>\nLa <strong>receta macrobi\u00f3tica &#8211; crema de calabaza<\/strong> de hoy es ideal para cenar de forma saludable y ayudar a nuestro organismo contra las fr\u00edas noches de invierno.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<p>Solo necesitaremos:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Dos cebollas<\/strong> medianas peladas, partidas por la mitad y troceadas<br \/>\n&#8211; Un poco de <strong>mirin o zumo de gengibre<\/strong> (opcional)<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Media Calabaza<\/strong> pelada y cortada en trozos peque\u00f1os<br \/>\n&#8211; Una o dos cucharadas de <strong>miso blanco <\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Una pizca de <strong>sal marina<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Alga nori<\/strong> tostada y cortada en peque\u00f1os cuadros<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8230\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/ingredientes-receta-crema-calabaza-macrobiotica.jpg\" alt=\"ingredientes-receta-crema-calabaza-macrobiotica\" width=\"650\" height=\"539\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p>1. Pon las cebollas en una sart\u00e9n o cacerola y c\u00fabrelas con los trozos de calabaza. Cubre las verduras con 850 ml de agua, a\u00f1\u00e1dele una pizca de sal y ll\u00e9valo al punto de ebullici\u00f3n. Cu\u00e9celo sin tapar durante 5 minutos, despu\u00e9s t\u00e1palo y d\u00e9jalo cocer a fuego lento hasta que las verduras est\u00e9n muy blandas (aproximadamente 20 minutos).<\/p>\n<p>2. Retirar la sart\u00e9n o cacerola del fuego y dejar que se enfr\u00ede un poco antes de hacer el pur\u00e9. (A\u00f1adir un poco m\u00e1s de agua si est\u00e1 demasiado espeso). Sazonar al gusto con mirin o zumo de jengibre y miso y volver a calentar. Dejarlo cocer  a fuego lento 5 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>3.
