Como tal, todos nosotros tenemos estr\u00e9s, tanto del bueno como del malo; de la misma forma que tenemos colesterol bueno y colesterol malo.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La cuesti\u00f3n es no permitir que el estr\u00e9s bueno crezca y se vuelva permanente,  que se convierta en estr\u00e9s malo. Hay muchos factores que provocan estr\u00e9s en la vida, y todo depende de cada uno &#8211; la forma de ser, la edad,  la experiencia de vida, la capacidad de reaccionar mejor o peor a la presi\u00f3n, etc. &#8211; todo esto va permitir, o no, que el estr\u00e9s se instale como un virus.<\/p>\n<h3>S\u00cdNTOMAS<\/h3>\n<p>En primer lugar es importante aceptar que se est\u00e1 en una situaci\u00f3n, o varias, que provocan estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s hay que empezar a estar atento a algunos s\u00edntomas que comienzan a aparecer: como <strong>dormir mal o poco, dolores de cabeza o espalda, alimentaci\u00f3n no reglada, mucha hambre o no tener ganas de comer, s\u00edntomas en el aparato digestivo, dificultad en la respiraci\u00f3n, tensi\u00f3n, ansiedad, irritaci\u00f3n, impaciencia, miedos y hasta p\u00e1nicos, m\u00e1s necesidad de fumar o de ingerir cafe\u00edna o azucares, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hay una cantidad de s\u00edntomas causados por situaciones de estr\u00e9s instalado, y que una vez que se instalan es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil cambiar y reencontrar el equilibrio.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso lo importante es tener una vida en que <strong>la gesti\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s sea una Prioridad. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8396\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/anti-stress-treatment.jpg\" alt=\"anti-stress-treatment\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>TRATAMIENTO<\/h3>\n<p>Un <strong>tratamiento anti-estr\u00e9s<\/strong> incluye muchos aspectos a los que debemos prestar atenci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<h3>Alimentaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Una alimentaci\u00f3n cuidada, prestando atenci\u00f3n a los alimentos m\u00e1s estresantes.<\/p>\n<h3>Sue\u00f1o<\/h3>\n<p>Tener horas de sue\u00f1o suficientes y de calidad, y acostarse temprano (las horas dormidas antes de las 24h son m\u00e1s recargables que dormir 8 horas despu\u00e9s de la media noche).<\/p>\n<h3>Ejercicio<\/h3>\n<p>Hacer ejercicio f\u00edsico regularmente; trabajar la mente con meditaci\u00f3n y ejercicios de relajaci\u00f3n; hacer limpieza y entrenamiento mental diario.<\/p>\n<h3>Wellness<\/h3>\n<p>Hacer masajes y terapia de relajaci\u00f3n en el agua; procurar visitar un oste\u00f3pata de forma regular, para que no se acumulen tensiones en la espalda y el cuello.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8397\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/anti-stress-treatment1.jpg\" alt=\"anti-stress-treatment1\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Tiempo libre<\/h3>\n<p>Tener una actividad creativa y l\u00fadica; saber tener tiempo para no hacer nada; tener tiempo y espacio para s\u00ed mismo y para <strong>relaciones sanas y nutridas. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>S\u00e9 Feliz<\/h3>\n<p>Tener un esp\u00edritu positivo y alegre, intentando <strong>agradecer lo que se tiene<\/strong> y no estar siempre preocupado con lo que no se tiene o el futuro; vivir el momento presente consciente a cada minuto de la respiraci\u00f3n, \u00a1que es la Vida!<br \/>\nNo estar dependiente de su m\u00f3vil y su conexi\u00f3n virtual con el exterior.
