Hoy la media de consumo de az\u00facar es de 72 kilos de az\u00facar por persona al a\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s, las personas bebemos de media de 277 litros de refresco al a\u00f1o, lo que est\u00e1 causando un gran da\u00f1o a nuestra salud en muchos niveles, f\u00edsico, mental y emocional.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, no todo est\u00e1 perdido y podemos volver a disfrutar de alimentos nutritivos, sabrosos y con un sabor dulce m\u00e1s moderado.
