Adem\u00e1s, la actividad f\u00edsica nos ayuda a evitar lesiones y dolores derivados del sedentarismo.<\/p>\n<p>En SHA, el programa Fitness est\u00e1 <strong>asesorado por entrenadores personales del m\u00e1ximo nivel mundial<\/strong>, que en una primera sesi\u00f3n de valoraci\u00f3n funcional, analizar\u00e1n su balance muscular, elasticidad, espalda, etc. y <strong>teniendo en cuenta sus preferencias y objetivos,<\/strong> el Personal Trainer prescribir\u00e1 el entrenamiento adecuado con m\u00e9todos que buscan armonizar el cuerpo recuperando el equilibrio; ejercicios funcionales que  combinan equilibrio fuerza y resistencia, aplicables al estilo de vida actual, en el que predomina el sedentarismo.<\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00e9todos  de entrenamiento y actividad f\u00edsica que ofrecemos son m\u00faltiples, y cada uno complementa al otro. <strong>El entrenamiento cruzado o cross-training hace que las mejoras sean mas r\u00e1pidas y seguras<\/strong>. As\u00ed podemos ofrecer dentro del programa: Sesi\u00f3n de Personal Trainer; Fuerza, Resistencia, Entrenamiento Funcional, FatBurner, Pilates en Mat\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de las nuevas tendencias, se podr\u00e1n realizar <strong>sesiones de Electroestimulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, un entrenamiento donde se trabaja la coordinaci\u00f3n intramuscular; es decir, se activan un mayor n\u00famero de fibras musculares para contrarrestar \u00abel ataque\u00bb de la m\u00e1quina.
