Creo que esta es la expresi\u00f3n que m\u00e1s se acerca a lo que sent\u00ed cuando supe que estaba embarazada.<br \/>\n<strong>La vida es un continuo acto de creatividad<\/strong>, donde en cada instante est\u00e1n ocurriendo un sin fin de acontecimientos para que todo sea tal cual es. \u00bfNo os parece espectacular?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Estar embarazada es un proceso hermoso de creatividad. Supone estar inmersa en un acto de creaci\u00f3n donde <strong>el ni\u00f1o y la madre forman un equipo<\/strong> que realiza un hermoso viaje que le llevar\u00e1 al parto.<br \/>\nNacer es un acto involuntario, salvaje y bello, donde todo lo que podemos hacer es poner conciencia y amor, una cosa lleva a la otra. El yoga nos ayudar\u00e1 a poner conciencia en todo este proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el embarazo <strong>el cuerpo va ir experimentando cambios y procesos hasta el momento desconocidos.<\/strong> Tambi\u00e9n las emociones y estados de \u00e1nimo experimentar\u00e1n cambios y <strong>el yoga para embarazadas ayudar\u00e1 a vivirlos con m\u00e1s tranquilidad y conciencia<\/strong>.
