Una ensalada muy colorista con un sabor fresco y natural.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Para preparar de 4 a 6 raciones necesitaremos&#8230;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>175g de <strong>pasta integral<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>un bloque de 225g de t<strong>ofu ahumado<\/strong> y cortado en cubitos<\/li>\n<li>una pizca de <strong>sal<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>12 r<strong>\u00e1banos<\/strong> cortados por la mitad<\/li>\n<li>2 <strong>zanahorias<\/strong> limpias y cortadas en dados<\/li>\n<li>12 <strong>aceitunas negras<\/strong> (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>175 g de<strong> br\u00e9col<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>una cucharada de <strong>perejil<\/strong> picado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Para la salsa:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2\/3 cucharadas soperas de <strong>shoyu<\/strong> (salsa de soja)<\/li>\n<li>2cucharadas soperas de <strong>aceite de s\u00e9samo tostado<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de <strong>granos de mostaza<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2\/3 cucharadas soperas de v<strong>inagre de sidra o de vinagre de arroz<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>1. <strong>Cuece la pasta<\/strong> en abundante agua hirviendo, con una pizca de sal, durante aproximadamente 10 minutos o de acuerdo a las instrucciones del paquete. Ponla en un colador, acl\u00e1rala con agua fr\u00eda y esc\u00farrela cuidadosamente.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Cuece las zanahorias y el br\u00e9col<\/strong> en un cazo con agua hirviendo, con una pizca de sal, durante uno o dos minutos. Retira las verduras del cazo, refr\u00e9scalas bajo el chorro de agua fr\u00eda y esc\u00farrelas.  Pon la pasta, la zanahoria y el br\u00e9col, el tofu, los r\u00e1banos y las aceitunas (si finalmente las usas) en una gran fuente de servir.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Pon todos los ingredientes de la salsa en un cuenco y b\u00e1telos<\/strong> hasta que est\u00e9n bien mezclados. Vi\u00e9rtelo sobre la ensalada y m\u00e9zclalo todo.
