Es por ello que compartimos hoy estos <strong>consejos de salud y belleza para viajeros.<br \/>\n<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>1. Consejos de salud para viajeros<\/h3>\n<h4>Antes de viajar<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; Escoge <strong>ropa poco ajustada<\/strong>, de fibra natural, que permita el movimiento y la transpiraci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Hidr\u00e1tate<\/strong> abundantemente.<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/esenzabysha.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Come de forma ligera y saludable.<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Durante el vuelo<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; Bebe <strong>abundantes l\u00edquidos<\/strong> (evitar caf\u00e9 y alcohol).<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Evita posturas forzadas<\/strong> y colocar las piernas estiradas.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>Hidrata<\/strong> la piel y los labios.<br \/>\n&#8211; Realiza <strong>paseos cortos<\/strong> por el pasillo cada 1 \u00f3 2 horas.<br \/>\n&#8211; Realiza<strong> ejercicios<\/strong> de extensi\u00f3n y flexi\u00f3n cada hora, moviendo los brazos y las piernas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8710\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/salud-para-viajeros.jpg\" alt=\"consejos de salud para viajeros\" width=\"650\" height=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Tras el vuelo<\/h4>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>No comas en exceso.<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Intenta adaptarte al <strong>horario local<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>2. Consejos de belleza para viajeros<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Los viajes en avi\u00f3n, en concreto el aire presurizado de la cabina, absorbe la humedad de la piel<\/strong>, dej\u00e1ndola seca y apagada y provocando la aparici\u00f3n de <strong>labios cortados, garganta y ojos secos<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, el cuerpo responde a la fatiga y el cansancio generando cortisol, la hormona del estr\u00e9s, que causa rojeces y manchas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La noche previa al viaje <strong>exfolia el rostro y aplica una mascarilla hidratante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Durante el vuelo <strong>usa un spray de agua termal<\/strong> que refresque e hidrate el rostro, apl\u00edcalo antes del vuelo y durante, cada vez que sientas la piel tirante. Y, por supuesto, bebe agua.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Si ves que el cabello se engrasa el <strong>champ\u00fa en seco<\/strong> te ayudar\u00e1 a combatir la suciedad, especialmente en las ra\u00edces.
