Un plato compuesto por pasta y pisto, una <strong>deliciosa combinaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, magn\u00edfica para quienes desean <strong>cuidar su alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> sin pasar hambre.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La pasta y las verduras son <strong>alimentos saludables<\/strong>, que contienen nutrientes aptos para llevar una <strong>dieta sana y equilibrada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes (para 4 personas)<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Para la Masa<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Harina de espelta 200 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Agua 125 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Sal (al gusto)<\/p>\n<h4><strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Salsa de Pisto<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Zanahoria 200 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Cebollas Secas 100 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Apio Verde 50 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Remolacha 30 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Laurel 1 hoja<\/p>\n<p>Un poco de or\u00e9gano<\/p>\n<p>Ajo 1 diente<\/p>\n<p>Pasta Umeboshi 3 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Un poco de vinagre de arroz<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Verduras<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Zanahorias 100 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Pimiento rojo 50 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Calabacin 100 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Cebollas Secas 100 grs.<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/p>\n<p>Sal<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Masa<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Juntar los ingredientes y amasar<\/strong>, hacer unas l\u00e1minas de 2 mm de espesor y con un cortapastas hacer las cintas.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Salsa<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Cortar las verduras <\/strong>en trozos gruesos y<strong> rehogar<\/strong> con un poco de aceite excepto la remolacha, cubrir de agua y a\u00f1adir el laurel y or\u00e9gano, dejar <strong>cocinar durante 15 minutos<\/strong> y a\u00f1adir la remolacha y el resto de ingredientes, <strong>dejar otros 5 minutos y triturar todo<\/strong> sacando antes la hoja de laurel. Poner en punto de sal.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Verduras<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Cortar todas las verduras en mirepoix y rehogar durante 5 minutos<\/strong> con un poco de aceite, a\u00f1adir sal y la salsa de la elaboraci\u00f3n anterior, <strong>remover durante 2 minutos al fuego y retirar<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>Cocer la pasta<\/strong> durante 6 minutos en abundante agua hirviendo, escurrir y a\u00f1adir la salsa de pisto.
