La <strong>receta de batido detox<\/strong> que te traemos hoy est\u00e1 adem\u00e1s enriquecida con un <strong>superalimento<\/strong> como el <strong>alga<\/strong> <strong>chlorella,<\/strong> una <strong>combinaci\u00f3n perfecta<\/strong> tanto para empezar la ma\u00f1ana con fuerzas como para terminar el d\u00eda lleno de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las fresas son una fruta rica en <strong>vitaminas y minerales<\/strong> que act\u00faa como <strong>diur\u00e9tica, depurativa y detoxificante<\/strong>. Los frutos rojos son recomendables para las personas que sufren asma y alergias propias de la primavera.
