{"id":71338,"date":"2015-04-27T16:30:47","date_gmt":"2015-04-27T14:30:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/cuidados-de-belleza-de-primavera-el-escote\/"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:34:55","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T18:34:55","slug":"cuidados-de-belleza-de-primavera-el-escote","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/es\/cuidados-de-belleza-de-primavera-el-escote\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuidados de belleza de primavera: el escote"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tras un invierno fr\u00edo en el que intensificamos los <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/como-cuidar-la-piel-en-invierno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cuidados de la piel<\/a> especialmente indicados para las bajas temperaturas, ahora toca atender los <strong>cuidados de belleza de primavera<\/strong>, adaptados al sol y al calor.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>El invierno contribuye a dejar marcas y deshidratar la piel<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de ser meses donde <strong>es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil acumular grasa localizada<\/strong> que intensifica la celulitis.<br \/>\nLos d\u00edas de calor est\u00e1n a la vuelta de la esquina y <strong>es fundamental preparar e hidratar la piel para el verano<\/strong> que se aproxima.<br \/>\n<strong>Los peelings, tanto corporales como faciales, son muy recomendados<\/strong> en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o: Se utilizan para mejorar el aspecto general de la piel, hidratan y regeneran el tejido prepar\u00e1ndolo con c\u00e9lulas nuevas mucho m\u00e1s activas, lo que hace que la piel luzca mucho m\u00e1s fresca, oxigenada, uniforme y radiante; preparada para adoptar un bronceado duradero y mucho m\u00e1s uniforme.<br \/>\nLos peelings pueden ir adem\u00e1s acompa\u00f1ados de envolturas nutritivas o de algas detoxificantes que a la vez drenan los tejidos.<\/p>\n<p>La recomendaci\u00f3n de tratamientos hidratantes nutritivos est\u00e1  indicada para preparar la piel para la llegada pr\u00f3xima del verano y la consiguiente <strong>exposici\u00f3n solar de la playa y a la brisa, que tambi\u00e9n la da\u00f1a.<\/strong><br \/>\nTambi\u00e9n son muy recomendados los <strong>tratamientos adelgazantes y tonificantes que estilizan la figura<\/strong>. Despu\u00e9s de un invierno fr\u00edo se acumulan muchas toxinas e impurezas, adem\u00e1s de los antiest\u00e9ticos michelines.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo en este post quisiera destacar una zona del cuerpo que justo en la primavera se empieza a destapar y a lucir con la llegada del calor: <strong>EL ESCOTE. <\/strong>Os explico un protocolo de cuidado diario f\u00e1cil de hacer y muy eficaz:<\/p>\n<h4> Durante del d\u00eda<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Proyecta el grifo de <strong>agua fresca sobre el cuello y escote durante 3 min<\/strong>, su acci\u00f3n estimulante y dinamizante reafirma los tejidos de la piel y los m\u00fasculos.<\/li>\n<li>Muy importante protegerlo del sol con <strong>un buen filtro solar<\/strong>: Defender la piel con una buena crema con propiedades anti edad y vitaminas. Ahora podemos encontrar cremas espec\u00edficas para tratar el envejecimiento prematuro del cuello y del escote, aunque tambi\u00e9n puede servir la que dispongamos de la cara si se trata de una crema\/serum antiedad regenerador y con propiedades hidratantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Durante la noche<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Si tenemos manchas, aplicar <strong>producto despigmentante para difuminar y aclarar las manchas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Hacer ejercicio: el mejor momento para practicar los <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/ejercicios-faciales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ejercicios que fortalecer\u00e1n la musculatura del cuello, el doble ment\u00f3n y el escote<\/a> es cuando la piel est\u00e1 limpia. <strong>Despu\u00e9s de hacer los ejercicios podemos aplicar la crema<\/strong> ya que se encuentran estimulados y el tejido estar\u00e1 m\u00e1s receptivo a la crema.<\/li>\n<li>Actividad celular: <strong>La crema nocturna tiene que ser m\u00e1s activa<\/strong>. El d\u00eda y la noche se diferencian en m\u00e1s aspectos que el estrictamente vinculado con la presencia o no de la luz del sol.
