Adem\u00e1s, junto con el <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/que-es-el-tempeh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tempeh<\/a>, conseguir\u00e1s una combinaci\u00f3n perfecta con la que conquistar\u00e1s a los paladares m\u00e1s exigentes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Timbal<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Calabac\u00edn  300 gr.<br \/>\nDaikon 120 gr.<br \/>\nZanahoria 100 gr.<br \/>\nApio 110 gr.<br \/>\nCaldo de Tempeh 500 gr.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Gelatina<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Zanahoria 800 gr.<br \/>\nAgar agar 3 gr.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Petit Four<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tempeh 200 gr.<br \/>\nCaldo de verduras 1 l.<br \/>\nCurry 5 gr.<br \/>\nCardamomo 4 gr.<br \/>\nAlga Kombu 15 gr.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Crema de Petit Four<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tofu 200 gr.<br \/>\nTahini 75 gr.<br \/>\nMenta 25 gr<br \/>\nJengibre 50 gr.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Hervir el caldo de verduras con el tempeh y los dem\u00e1s ingredientes durante 10 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Sacar el tempeh y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Colocar el alga kombu en una olla y a\u00f1adir las verduras cortadas en palitos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el caldo del tempeh y cocinar a fuego lento hasta que las verduras est\u00e9n tiernas.<\/li>\n<li>Sacar las verduras y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer un zumo con las zanahorias y levantar la mitad del zumo con el agar agar.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el resto de zumo y extender para formar c\u00edrculos.<\/li>\n<li>Unir los ingredientes de la crema y triturar.
