Contiene alicina, un compuesto rico en azufre, que ayuda al h\u00edgado a <strong>eliminar las toxinas<\/strong> que se acumulan en la sangre.<\/p>\n<p><u>Salsa Teriyaki<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alcachofas \u2013 1 grande<\/li>\n<li>Vino de arroz dulce mirim &#8211; 200 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Sirope de \u00e1gave &#8211; 220 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Soyu &#8211; 180 ml.<\/li>\n<li>Citronella &#8211; 100 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Jengibre &#8211; 100 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Lima &#8211; 400 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Otros<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grosellas &#8211; 12<\/li>\n<li>Aceite O.V.E. &#8211; 100ml.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La cebolla seca se carameliza, la cebolla tierna se cuece al vapor y se marca en la sart\u00e9n y las cebollitas francesas se cuecen en el teriyaki hasta reducir.<\/li>\n<li>Las caballas se marcan por la parte de la carne y se acaban en una reducci\u00f3n de la salsa teriyaki.
