Altas dosis de calcio y f\u00f3sforo, favorece la circulaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea y lucha contra la hipertensi\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEl <strong>Alga wakame<\/strong> es baja en calor\u00edas, no aporta grasas y favorece la regeneraci\u00f3n celular.<\/p>\n<p><u>Hamburguesa de tofu<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tofu ahumado &#8211; 15 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Tofu Blando &#8211; 30 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Gambas &#8211; 70 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Seit\u00e1n &#8211; 40 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Aire de Manzana<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Smith manzanas 300 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Lecitina de soja 20 gr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Aceite de cebollino<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cebollino &#8211; 10 gr.<\/li>\n<li>Aceite O.V.E &#8211; 20 ml.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Gazpacho<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cortamos y pelamos todas las verduras.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos el vinagre, trituramos con la batidora y dejamos reposar en el fr\u00edo 24 horas.<\/li>\n<li>Volvemos a triturar y emulsionamos con el aceite para conseguir un color m\u00e1s vivo y ponemos a punto de sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Aceite de cebollino<br \/>\n<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Triturar el cebollino con el aceite y colar.<\/p>\n<p><u>Rejilla de algas<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cocemos todas las algas juntas con agua.<\/li>\n<li>Trituramos el conjunto y lo colamos.<\/li>\n<li>Le incorporamos el arrurruz y lo ponemos en una manga.<\/li>\n<li>En el aceite caliente lo vamos depositando a modo de hilo fino quedando la forma de rejilla que deseamos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Hamburguesa de tofu<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Picar todos los ingredientes, meclar en un bol y ali\u00f1ar con perejil.
