Se trata de una metodolog\u00eda de entrenamiento que ha revolucionado el mundo del<a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/programa-fitness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> <strong>fitness <\/strong><\/a>y ha llegado a convertirse en el <strong>deporte de moda<\/strong>. Est\u00e1 <strong>basado en diez capacidades f\u00edsicas reconocidas<\/strong> por especialistas deportivos:<em> fuerza, flexibilidad, potencia, velocidad, coordinaci\u00f3n, precisi\u00f3n, resistencia muscular, resistencia cardio-respiratoria, agilidad y equilibrio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tiene como <strong>objetivo<\/strong> desarrollar todas estas capacidades f\u00edsicas sin especializarse en un programa espec\u00edfico ya que considera que la especializaci\u00f3n permite a un atleta ser muy bueno en un \u00e1rea pero tener muchas carencias en el resto. El crossfit pretende un <strong>entrenamiento completo y progresivo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fue creado en el a\u00f1o 2001 en Estados Unidos <\/strong>por una pareja de entrenadores de deportistas de \u00e9lite que pretend\u00edan entrenar para desarrollar una destreza f\u00edsica en modo superlativo. Los primeros clientes fueron militares, bomberos, polic\u00edas, deportistas, seguidos de profesionales, amas de casa, incluso ni\u00f1os, que quer\u00edan probar esta nueva metodolog\u00eda. Se trata de un entrenamiento individualizado ya que <strong>se adapta a cualquier estado f\u00edsico de la persona<\/strong>, permitiendo que cada uno decida el nivel de esfuerzo e intensidad al que es capaz de llegar. <strong>La rutina es la misma pero la intensidad es diferente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 se diferencia del Gimnasio tradicional?<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No se utilizan m\u00e1quinas<\/li>\n<li><strong>No se centra en un \u00e1rea del cuerpo determinada sino que incorpora los elementos m\u00e1s importantes de cada disciplina deportiva, <\/strong>involucrando a distintas articulaciones.<\/li>\n<li>Se corre, nada, se hace bici, comba, remo, pesas, anillas, sentadillas, piruetas, fondos, pinos, etc. Permite que el entrenamiento sea cambiante y no se haga mon\u00f3tono como sucede en un gimnasio tradicional.<\/li>\n<li>Se busca, adem\u00e1s de conseguir estar en forma, ser capaz de realizar cualquier actividad cotidiana sin lesionarse. Por ejemplo mover muebles sin hacerse da\u00f1o en la espalda, subir escaleras hasta un piso alto sin cansarse o jugar un partido con una resistencia sorprendente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los entrenamientos suelen durar <strong>una hora<\/strong> y se recomienda practicarlo <strong>tres veces por semana<\/strong> debido a la intensidad de los ejercicios. Puede realizarse al <strong>aire libre o en gimnasios<\/strong> que ya incorporan un \u00e1rea determinada para clases de crossfit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Modalidades de Crossfit<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Crossfit es una modalidad de entrenamiento que<strong> pretende un estado de \u201cforma f\u00edsica total\u201d<\/strong> desarrollando todas las cualidades f\u00edsicas. Los llamados <strong>WOD<\/strong> (<em>Workout of the Day<\/em> o <em>\u00ab<\/em>Entrenamiento del D\u00eda<em>\u00ab<\/em>) consisten en 1, 2 \u00f3 3 grupos de ejercicios dependiendo de las \u00e1reas f\u00edsicas para desarrollar. Existen distintos tipos de ejercicios que pueden incluirse en el WOD: ejercicios gimn\u00e1sticos, de levantamiento de peso, de lanzamiento, precisi\u00f3n, din\u00e1micos, de acondicionamiento metab\u00f3lico y ejercicios bal\u00edsticos.<br \/>\nA continuaci\u00f3n te presentamos algunos de los WOD m\u00e1s populares:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>AMRAP<\/strong> (<em>As Many Repetitions As Posible) <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Consiste en realizar el mayor n\u00famero de repeticiones de ejercicios posibles en un tiempo determinado. Por ejemplo en 20 minutos hacer la mayor cantidad de repeticiones de 30 flexiones, 30 sentadillas y subir una cuerda de 5 metros.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>EMOM<\/strong> (<em>Every Minute On a Minute<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>Se busca realizar un n\u00famero de repeticiones de uno o varios ejercicios dentro de 1 minuto durante los minutos marcados por el entrenador.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>POR TIEMPO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de WOD consiste en realizar un n\u00famero determinado de repeticiones o rondas en un tiempo l\u00edmite para cumplir el objetivo.<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>TABATA<\/strong><br \/>\nSe trata de realizar 8 rondas o repeticiones en 20 segundos de ejecuci\u00f3n del ejercicio intenso, con 10 minutos de descanso.
