Puedes realizarlos por la ma\u00f1ana o por la noche.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10108 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/rodilla-en-el-pecho.jpg\" alt=\"rodilla en el pecho\" width=\"252\" height=\"122\" \/>Rodilla en el pecho<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Tumbado boca arriba con tu espalda sobre el suelo, <strong>lleva una rodilla hacia el pecho<\/strong> aguant\u00e1ndola con ambas manos. Mant\u00e9n esta posici\u00f3n durante <strong>30 segundos<\/strong> y repite el ejercicio con la otra pierna.<\/p>\n<p>Realiza el ejercicio <strong>10 veces<\/strong> con cada pierna tratando de llevar la rodilla cada vez m\u00e1s cerca del pecho.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-10123 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/mirando-hacia-arriba-2.jpg\" alt=\"mirando hacia arriba 2\" width=\"250\" height=\"100\" \/>Mirando hacia arriba<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Tumbado hacia arriba con las rodillas flexionadas y pies apoyados en el suelo, une ambas piernas como si fueran un solo bloque, manteniendo la espalda y hombros tocando el suelo.<br \/>\n<strong>Gira la cadera hacia un lado<\/strong> para tocar con las dos rodillas el suelo hacia un lado y despu\u00e9s hacia el otro. Repite el ejercicio <strong>5 veces<\/strong> hacia cada lado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-10113 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/rodilla-a-un-lado1.jpg\" alt=\"rodilla a un lado\" width=\"250\" height=\"103\" \/>Rodilla a un lado<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Tumbado hacia arriba, lleva tu pierna derecha hacia el lado izquierdo de tu cuerpo hasta que tu rodilla toque el suelo. Agu\u00e1ntala con tu mano izquierda mientras mantienes la otra pierna estirada. Lleva tu brazo derecho estirado hacia la derecha.<br \/>\nMant\u00e9n esta posici\u00f3n<strong> 15 segundos<\/strong> y rep\u00edtela con la otra rodilla. Repite el ejercicio 5 veces con cada pierna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-10114 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/pies-en-el-pecho.jpg\" alt=\"pies en el pecho\" width=\"250\" height=\"120\" \/>Pies en pecho <\/u><\/p>\n<p>Es muy similar al primer ejercicio con la diferencia de que esta vez hay que <strong>doblar ambas rodillas<\/strong> en lugar de s\u00f3lo una, llev\u00e1ndolas al pecho y aguantando durante <strong>30 segundos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-10115 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/de-rodillas.jpg\" alt=\"de rodillas\" width=\"250\" height=\"324\" \/><\/u><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>De rodillas<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Col\u00f3cate de rodillas con las palmas de las manos tocando el suelo, a cuatro patas, levanta la cabeza y hombros mirando al frente mientras empujas tus lumbares y abdomen hacia el suelo.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s realiza el movimiento contrario y empuja tus lumbares y abdomen como queriendo tocar el techo. Realiza el ejercicio <strong>6 veces.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Estira flexores<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Mirando al frente, coloca tu rodilla derecha sobre el suelo y <strong>flexiona tu pierna derecha<\/strong> colocando tu pie sobre el suelo. Mant\u00e9n esta posici\u00f3n durante <strong>10 segundos<\/strong> y cambia a la otra pierna.
