Adem\u00e1s juega un papel muy importante en el mantenimiento del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico al reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n, y participar en el crecimiento y maduraci\u00f3n celular.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>salm\u00f3n, los cereales, el zumo de naranja, el aceite de h\u00edgado de bacalao y la caballa<\/strong> son algunos alimentos con alto contenido en vitamina D, sin embargo <strong>la fuente principal de vitamina D se encuentra en la luz solar. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>El dilema de la exposici\u00f3n solar<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El <strong>sol aporta grandes beneficios para la salud.<\/strong>  Adem\u00e1s de proporcionarnos vitamina D, numerosos estudios indican que una insuficiente exposici\u00f3n incrementa el riesgo de padecer algunos c\u00e1nceres como el de colon, mama y pr\u00f3stata.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, cuando llega el verano, son habituales los consejos sobre la importancia de <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/proteccion-y-cuidados-para-un-bronceado-seguro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">proteger la piel frente a los rayos solares<\/a>. Como bien sabemos, una excesiva exposici\u00f3n al sol incrementa el riesgo de padecer c\u00e1ncer de piel, por ello se recomienda <strong>evitar las horas m\u00e1s calurosas y la utilizaci\u00f3n de cremas fotoprotectoras.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n es com\u00fan preguntarnos si el incremento de protecci\u00f3n solar e incluso la no exposici\u00f3n por miedo a sufrir melanomas afecta a la capacidad de s\u00edntesis de vitamina D por parte de nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Hay que tener en cuenta que no s\u00f3lo se trata de la cantidad de sol que tomemos, ya que esto es f\u00e1cil en los meses de primavera y verano, sino de otros <strong>factores como la <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/consejos-sobre-alimentacion-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">alimentaci\u00f3n<\/a>, el color de la piel, o la latitud.<\/strong>  As\u00ed, seg\u00fan demuestran numerosos estudios, en pa\u00edses con <strong>latitudes por encima de 35\u00ba<\/strong> (como el caso de Espa\u00f1a) el fr\u00edo y la escasa luz solar provoca lo que se denomina el<strong> \u201cinvierno de vitamina D\u201d <\/strong>lo que implica una producci\u00f3n de vitamina D por debajo de los niveles necesarios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la soluci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, habr\u00eda que buscar un <strong>equilibrio que reduzca el riesgo de melanomas y permita obtener los beneficios de la exposici\u00f3n solar<\/strong>, entre ellos la s\u00edntesis de vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello lo m\u00e1s cauto es adoptar la recomendaci\u00f3n de los profesionales m\u00e9dicos de combinar una <strong>exposici\u00f3n solar limitada<\/strong> (unos 10-20 minutos diarios, en horas de menor intensidad solar), junto a una <strong>adecuada alimentaci\u00f3n y acudi<\/strong><strong>endo a suplementos alimenticios si fuera necesario.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>SHA<\/strong> <\/a>disponemos de una completa gama de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/suplementos-alimenticios-sha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">suplementos alimenticios<\/a><\/strong> destinados a compensar la falta de nutrientes necesarios, entre ellos la vitamina D.
