Para prevenirlo es recomendable ingerir muchos <strong>alimentos org\u00e1nicos de origen vegetal que contengan clorofila, ricos en magnesio, potasio y grasas saludables<\/strong>. Por todo ello hoy traemos una <strong>saludable receta de aguacate y remolacha<\/strong> de la revista Mente Sana, que adem\u00e1s de estar deliciosa, est\u00e1 compuesta a base de ingredientes que contienen m\u00faltiples propiedades beneficiosas para la salud. \u00a1Toma nota!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes (para 4 personas)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Pipas de girasol \u2013 150g.<\/li>\n<li>Remolacha \u2013 150g.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tamari<\/strong> \u2013 1 cucharada<\/li>\n<li>Tomillo molido \u2013 1 cucharada<\/li>\n<li>Aguacates \u2013 2 piezas grandes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Semillas de eneldo molidas<\/strong> \u2013 1 cucharadita<\/li>\n<li>Lim\u00f3n &#8211; \u00bd taza de jugo exprimido y la piel<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aceite O.V.E<\/strong>. \u2013 2 cucharadas<\/li>\n<li>Hojas verdes &#8211; 1 pu\u00f1ado<\/li>\n<li>Sal \u2013 1 cucharadita<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Deja en remojo previamente las pipas de girasol durante cuatro horas. L\u00e1valas y cu\u00e9lalas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ralla<\/strong> la remolacha y <strong>trit\u00farala<\/strong> junto con las pipas, el tamari y el tomillo. Esta mezcla ser\u00e1 la base de la tartaleta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mezcla<\/strong> los aguacates troceados, las semillas de eneldo, el pu\u00f1ado de hojas verdes (can\u00f3nigos, lechuga, etc), el aceite, la sal, la ralladura y el zumo de lim\u00f3n, para preparar la <em>mousse<\/em>. Trit\u00faralo todo hasta obtener una consistencia cremosa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extiende<\/strong> la base en una capa fina con un grosor de 2 cm dentro de un molde.
