Sin embargo, para conseguir una buena postura <strong>no s\u00f3lo basta con trabajar el cuerpo<\/strong> sino que hay que combinar ejercicios que a\u00fanen cuerpo y mente.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por ello hoy te presentamos una de las <strong>nuevas tendencias en fitness<\/strong>, <strong>el BodyArt.<\/strong> Un nuevo entrenamiento creado por el gimnasta y terapeuta neoyorkino Robert Steinbacher que combina <strong>entrenamiento con elementos de yoga, fisioterapia, y t\u00e9cnicas de relajaci\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una nueva manera de<strong> aliviar tensiones y estr\u00e9s<\/strong>, uniendo cuerpo y mente. El objetivo principal del BodyArt es <strong>asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de todo el cuerpo<\/strong> ya que no se centra en un solo m\u00fasculo aislado sino que todos los ejercicios implican <strong>trabajar varios m\u00fasculos al mismo tiempo<\/strong>. Muchas posturas se basan en el equilibrio por lo que se consigue que las personas fijen su atenci\u00f3n en su propio cuerpo y no se distraigan con el entorno. Esto consigue aumentar el nivel de ox\u00edgeno en el cerebro y en la musculatura, que ayudan a relajar el cuerpo durante el entrenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con varias clases se consiguen <strong>beneficios<\/strong> como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alargar la musculatura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Moldear la figura.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Cambiar la manera de movernos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eliminar barreras f\u00edsicas y mentales.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mejorar la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinaci\u00f3n entre ambos hemisferios del cerebro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aumentar la concentraci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Contrarrestar tensiones musculares negativas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esta  nueva tendencia de relajaci\u00f3n durante el entrenamiento <strong>se basa en el principio del Yin y Yang<\/strong> ya que cada ejercicio est\u00e1 interconectado y cada postura comienza en un punto inicial y vuelve al mismo punto al finalizar la actividad. El entrenamiento se basa en <strong>inspiraci\u00f3n-espiraci\u00f3n, fuerza-relajaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
