Sin embargo,<strong> saltarse el desayuno no es una buena opci\u00f3n<\/strong>, y esto conlleva consecuencias a lo largo del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Los especialistas en nutrici\u00f3n siguen intentando concienciarnos de la importancia de desayunar bien, ya que cuando se priva al cerebro del combustible necesario para funcionar, puede haber <strong>falta de memoria, concentraci\u00f3n, mal humor y decaimiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, aquellos que desayunan de manera equilibrada mantienen su peso estable, a diferencia de aquellos que lo omiten o desayunan poco. Esto se debe a que nuestro organismo lleva de 8 a 10 horas sin ingerir ning\u00fan alimento y el aporte de calor\u00edas a primera hora del d\u00eda contribuye a no sobrecargar ninguna de las siguientes comidas, ayudando a repartirlas en 4 \u00f3 5 raciones diarias y evitando picar entre horas.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 debe incluir un desayuno equilibrado?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La primera comida del d\u00eda debe ser <strong>f\u00e1cil de digerir, pero lo suficientemente nutritiva<\/strong> para estimular los niveles de energ\u00eda. Debe representar entre el<strong> 20% y el 25% de las calor\u00edas<\/strong> que ingieres durante el d\u00eda y es importante que est\u00e9 bien equilibrado para recibir los nutrientes esenciales. Un desayuno demasiado abundante har\u00e1 sentirte desmotivado y con sue\u00f1o. Es recomendable incluir:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cereales integrales.<\/strong> Son una <strong>fuente equilibrada de fibra<\/strong> y proporcionan al organismo la energ\u00eda, vitaminas y minerales necesarios para el resto del d\u00eda. La mejor forma de consumirlos es cocinados ya que ayudan a mantener el calor corporal. Son <strong>f\u00e1ciles de digerir, mejoran la concentraci\u00f3n y mantienen los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre<\/strong>. Puedes consumirlos en forma de porridge mezclados con fruta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frutas o Zumos naturales. <\/strong>Aportan agua, vitaminas y minerales. Combina distintas frutas y verduras para hacer ricos zumos naturales. Puedes a\u00f1adirle <strong>umeboshi<\/strong> ya que es un perfecto energizante para afecciones digestivas y  magn\u00edfico para combatir la debilidad y la fatiga.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Desayunos r\u00e1pidos. <\/strong>En caso de tener prisa, ay\u00fadate de<strong> sencillos desayunos<\/strong> que puedas preparar la noche anterior y comer de camino al trabajo.
