Hoy queremos traerte una <strong>receta saludable y deliciosa de quiche de tofu y esp\u00e1rragos<\/strong> con la que aportar\u00e1s a tu organismo gran cantidad de <strong>vitaminas, calcio, hierro, f\u00f3sforo y potasio<\/strong>. \u00a1An\u00edmate a preparar esta sencilla receta con la que te quedar\u00e1s saciado comiendo de manera saludable!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes (para 4-5 raciones)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Tofu fresco \u2013 1 paquete<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tofu ahumado \u2013 1 paquete<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Puerros medianos \u2013 3 piezas cortadas finamente<\/li>\n<li><strong>Esp\u00e1rragos \u2013 1 manojo cortados en trozos medianos<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/que-es-el-miso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Miso<\/a> blanco \u2013 3 cucharadas<\/li>\n<li>Aceite O.V.E.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sal marina<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Albahaca fresca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Saltea los puerros con aceite y una pizca de sal a fuego medio y sin tapar durante 6 minutos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A\u00f1ade los esp\u00e1rragos sin la parte le\u00f1osa, y una pizca de albahaca fresca. Saltea durante 3 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Pasa los tofus por la batidora junto con un poco de agua caliente, 2 cucharadas de aceite y el miso blanco hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea como un pat\u00e9 espeso.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coloca las verduras salteadas y el pat\u00e9 de tofu en una fuente de horno previamente untada con un poco de aceite.
