En este caso Bikram Choudhury, a partir de una grave lesi\u00f3n, decidi\u00f3 crear su propio sistema de<strong> 26 posturas que le rehabilit\u00f3 por completo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un sistema que combina la medicina oriental y occidental. Un programa de entrenamiento que dura <strong>90 minutos<\/strong> y que combina <strong>26 posturas (asanas)<\/strong> con ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n en una <strong>sala a 40\u00ba de temperatura<\/strong>.
