Hoy le damos una vuelta a la cl\u00e1sica receta y lo mezclamos con \u00a1garbanzos!<\/p>\n<p>No te pierdas esta original receta de curry de garbanzos que te sorprender\u00e1 por su textura y su incre\u00edble sabor. \u00a1Empezamos!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cebolla cortada en dados<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo a rodajitas<\/li>\n<li>2-3 tazas de calabaza cortada en trozos peque\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>1 coliflor peque\u00f1a cortada en cogollitos<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tazas de agua mineral<\/li>\n<li>1 manojo de berros cortados en trozos peque\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de garbanzos cocidos<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de ma\u00edz fresco o congelado<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de leche de coco light<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de curry en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de c\u00farcuma<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de cilantro<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal marina o al gusto<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cucharadita de copos de pimiento rojo (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de genjibre, reci\u00e9n rallado<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de kuzu disuelto en agua fr\u00eda para cobertura<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>1. Pon la cebolla y el ajo en una olla y cubre con agua. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n y deja hervir a fuego lento un minuto aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p>2. A\u00f1ade la calabaza y cubre con agua. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n y deja hervir a fuego lento 5 minutos aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p>3. A\u00f1ade la coliflor, los garbanzos, la leche de coco y los condimentos. Vuelve a bajar el fuego.<\/p>\n<p>4. Cocina hasta que est\u00e9 hecho, aproximadamente 10 minutos m\u00e1s. A\u00f1ade el ma\u00edz y mezcla bien.<\/p>\n<p>5. A\u00f1ade el kuzu diluido y remueve para obtener una consistencia espesa.<\/p>\n<p>6.
