Pero lo cierto es que <strong>la vitamina C del zumo de naranja se mantiene intacta hasta 12 horas<\/strong> si se conserva el zumo en un lugar fresco. Aunque \u00a1un zumo reci\u00e9n exprimido siempre resulta delicioso!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h4>A\u00f1adir leche al t\u00e9<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Este peque\u00f1o gesto, tan extendido sobre todo en los pa\u00edses anglosajones <strong>acaba con todas las propiedades detoxificantes y el efecto protector sobre el sistema cardiovascular<\/strong> que tiene el t\u00e9. De ponerle az\u00facar ni hablamos\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h4>Lavarse los dientes (mal)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>No todo el mundo emplea al menos 2 minutos en lavarse los dientes y mucho menos <strong>espera 30 minutos despu\u00e9s de comer para lavarlos.<\/strong> Toma nota, \u00a1es lo \u00f3ptimo!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12286\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/errores-que-cometemos-cada-dia.jpg\" alt=\"lavarse los dientes mal\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h4>No lavarse las manos antes de comer<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Parece obvio pero muchas veces, sobre todo <strong>al comer en la calle, se nos olvida<\/strong> lavar las manos y la cantidad de bacterias que acumulamos es infinita.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h4>No hidratarse lo suficiente<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Y no nos referimos solo a beber agua (que resulta igual de importante ahora que en verano) sino a <strong>aplicar cremas hidratantes sobre nuestra piel de cuerpo y rostro,<\/strong> que tiende irremediablemente <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/como-cuidar-la-piel-en-invierno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a secarse durante el invierno.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12287\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/errores-que-cometemos-a-diario.jpg\" alt=\"no hidratarse lo suficiente \" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>\n<h4>Ducharnos con demasiado jab\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Realmente se necesita <strong>muy poco jab\u00f3n aplicado en las zonas m\u00e1s necesarias,<\/strong> es decir, en los huecos naturales de la piel y los pliegues.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>\n<h4>Practicar ejercicio\u2026<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>a demasiada intensidad, <strong>saltarnos los calentamientos, parar en seco<\/strong> y no estirar al terminar. \u00a1Se pueden evitar lesiones y agujetas!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>\n<h4>No usar protector solar<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Puede no parecer necesario en invierno usar protector solar en el rostro durante el invierno, pero <strong>es 100% recomendable<\/strong>, m\u00e1s a\u00fan en pa\u00edses como Espa\u00f1a en los que luce el sol menudo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>\n<h4>Tomar fruta de postre<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La fruta tiene un monosac\u00e1rido denominado fructosa que, ingerido tras la comida, provoca un aumento r\u00e1pido de los niveles de insulina en sangre y hace que <strong>todo lo comido anteriormente tenga m\u00e1s facilidad para convertirse en grasa<\/strong>.
