Hoy hemos querido hacer una <strong>recopilaci\u00f3n de algunos alimentos curativos<\/strong>, los m\u00e1s importantes, y cuyos beneficios te aconsejamos conocer para introducir en la dieta aquellos que cumplan tus necesidades espec\u00edficas. Algunos son alimentos no te resultar\u00e1n demasiado familiares, pero seguro que no conoces las maravillosas <strong>propiedades de algunos de los alimentos m\u00e1s comunes de nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Alimentos curativos<\/h4>\n<h5>Jud\u00edas Azuki<\/h5>\n<p>Nutren los ri\u00f1ones, los huesos, las articulaciones y las gl\u00e1ndulas suprarrenales y pueden ayudar a reducir la presi\u00f3n arterial; act\u00faan as\u00ed mismo como un diur\u00e9tico natural.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12323\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/azuki1.jpg\" alt=\"alubias azuki\" width=\"800\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>R\u00e1bano japon\u00e9s seco<\/h5>\n<p>Favorece la p\u00e9rdida de peso y ayuda a disolver los dep\u00f3sitos de grasa profundos del cuerpo.<\/p>\n<h5>Shiitake<\/h5>\n<p>La seta Shiitake es una estupenda fuente de hierro, reduce el colesterol, es buena para el coraz\u00f3n y el h\u00edgado y es calmante.<\/p>\n<h5>Vegetales marinos (algas):<\/h5>\n<p>Una rica fuente de oligoelementos, especialmente calcio; tienen un alto contenido en alcalinos, refuerzan la sangre y calman los nervios.<\/p>\n<h5>Lim\u00f3n<\/h5>\n<p>Es \u00fatil para tratar infecciones de garganta, indigesti\u00f3n, estre\u00f1imiento, p\u00e9rdida de peso, afecciones respiratorias, alta presi\u00f3n arterial, estimula la inmunidad y limpia el h\u00edgado.<\/p>\n<h5>Peras<\/h5>\n<p>Reducen la presi\u00f3n arterial y los niveles de colesterol, tienen un alto contenido en fibra por lo que tienen un efecto laxante moderado y limpian la ves\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<h5>Verduras de hoja<\/h5>\n<p>Verduras como las espinacas, la lechuga o la col favorecen la p\u00e9rdida de peso, reducen el colesterol y los niveles de presi\u00f3n arterial, fomentan la salud de los pulmones y son una buena fuente de calcio, hierro, vitaminas A, C y K.<\/p>\n<h5>Apio<\/h5>\n<p>Es antiinflamatorio, regula los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre, favorece la p\u00e9rdida de peso, reduce el estr\u00e9s y los niveles de colesterol y la presi\u00f3n arterial.<\/p>\n<h5>Semillas de alcaravea<\/h5>\n<p>Previenen la hinchaz\u00f3n y favorecen la digesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h5>Semillas de hinojo<\/h5>\n<p>Ayudan a reducir la hinchaz\u00f3n, a promover el equilibrio reproductivo y a perder peso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Platos curativos<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5>Caldo ligero de lim\u00f3n:<\/h5>\n<p>Una sopa ligera y revitalizante, que resulta ideal para aliviar el estr\u00e9s, limpiar el h\u00edgado y aumentar la energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12321\" src=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/caldo-curativo-de-limon.jpg\" alt=\"alimentos curativos\" width=\"800\" height=\"798\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Pon 4 tazas de agua, 1 tira de alga kombu y 1 seta shiitake en un cazo. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n a fuego medio. Retira el kombu y a\u00f1ade un pellizco de sal marina.<\/p>\n<p>Sazona con shoyu y mirin y a\u00f1ade 1 taza de col china y 3 cebolletas. Cocina a fuego lento durante aproximadamente 3 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Sirve adornado con rodajas de lim\u00f3n y tiras de alga nori tostada.<\/p>\n<h5>T\u00e9 de r\u00e1bano japon\u00e9s Daikon seco:<\/h5>\n<p>El daikon seco favorece la disoluci\u00f3n de la grasa asentada en nuestro organismo que tan dif\u00edcil resulta de eliminar. Tambi\u00e9n favorece el buen funcionamiento de los ri\u00f1ones e incluso puede prevenir y tratar las migra\u00f1as<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Coloca el daikon seco en un bol peque\u00f1o. Enjuaga y cubre con agua. Deja en remojo durante aproximadamente 10 minutos. Desecha el agua.<\/p>\n<p>Pon todos los ingredientes en un cazo, a\u00f1ade 4 tazas de agua mineral y lleva a ebullici\u00f3n a fuego medio.
