Estas copas de ar\u00e1ndanos no son para nada un postre pesado, tienen un aspecto original y le dar\u00e1n un toque saludable a una \u00e9poca en la que los excesos est\u00e1n a la orden del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, <strong>es la receta que ha recibido Mariam Hern\u00e1ndez, como parte de su<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/shawellness.com\/shamagazine\/shalifechallenge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reto #SHALifeChallenge<\/a> y que tendr\u00e1 que aprender a preparar en casa.<br \/>\n\u00bfSer\u00e1 capaz de conseguir el resultado esperado? \u00bfTe atreves t\u00fa tambi\u00e9n a prepararla?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Nos ponemos manos a la obra!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tazas de zumo de ar\u00e1ndanos<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de agua mineral<\/li>\n<li>6 cucharadas de copos de agar agar<\/li>\n<li>1 paquete de ar\u00e1ndanos<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de sirope de arroz<\/li>\n<li>Amasake<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.  <strong>Colocar el agua, el zumo y los copos de agar agar en una cacerola.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2. Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n a fuego medio y luego <strong>hervir a fuego lento durante 15 minutos<\/strong> o hasta que se disuelvan los copos de agar.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>A\u00f1adir el sirope de arroz<\/strong> y mezclar suavemente.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Retirar de la fuente de calor<\/strong> y colocar en un plato para que se enfr\u00ede y cuaje. Cuando esta mezcla est\u00e9 firme, licuar con una licuadora hasta que quede cremoso.
