Pero cumplirlos no siempre es tarea f\u00e1cil. Lo que tenemos muy claro el d\u00eda 1 de enero, ya ha pasado al olvido en marzo (en el mejor de los casos).<br \/>\nCon los consejos que compartimos hoy <strong>queremos ayudarte a cumplir tus prop\u00f3sitos de a\u00f1o nuevo y convertirnos en una fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n y motivaci\u00f3n para ti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>T\u00f3mate tu tiempo para pensar<\/h4>\n<p>Piensa qu\u00e9 necesitas cambiar en tu vida para alcanzar las metas que tienes en mente. <strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 te lo impide? \u00bfQu\u00e9 cambios necesitas llevar a cabo?<\/strong> Recuerda que sean cambios y metas factibles para no caer en la frustraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4>Todo por escrito<\/h4>\n<p>Para que tus buenos prop\u00f3sitos no caigan en saco roto <strong>debes ponerlos por escrito<\/strong>. Ya sea un lista en un cuaderno o una bonita lista que adorne la pared, debes poder consultarla de vez en cuando como recordatorio. Agradecer\u00e1s unas palabras de aliento en los momentos de flaqueza.<\/p>\n<h4>Comparte prop\u00f3sitos<\/h4>\n<p>Te ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s sencillo llevar a cabo tus objetivos si tienes al lado a quien comparte los mismos objetivos. <strong>\u00a1El apoyo mutuo puede ser muy motivador!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Comparte tus logros<\/h4>\n<p>Igual de importante es compartir los \u00e9xitos. <strong>El reconocimiento har\u00e1 que quieras seguir luchando<\/strong> por conseguir lo que deseas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>S\u00edrvete de las redes sociales<\/h4>\n<p>En las redes sociales puedes encontrar muchas personas con los mismos prop\u00f3sitos que los tuyos. Adem\u00e1s podr\u00e1s seguir cuentas motivadoras que te recuerden cada d\u00eda el mensaje que necesitas o\u00edr.
