Eliminar las grasas saturadas y trans de la dieta<\/h4>\n<p>Se ha establecido cient\u00edficamente una relaci\u00f3n entre el consumo de las grasas saturadas y trans y la enfermedad de Alzheimer. As\u00ed que es esencial eliminarlas de nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n o por lo menos, reducirlas al m\u00e1ximo.
