Por ello te presentamos hoy esta alternativa: <strong>Una deliciosa receta de croquetas de verduras y trigo sarraceno que har\u00e1n las delicias, sobre todo, de los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de la casa.<\/strong>  Unas croquetas f\u00e1ciles de preparar, perfectas para una cena saludable, con ingredientes que habitualmente tenemos en casa. \u00bfTe animas a prepararlas? \u00a1Empezamos!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de<strong> trigo sarraceno<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de <strong>agua<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sal y pimienta<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de <strong>aceite de oliva<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 <strong>cebolla<\/strong> picada<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de <strong>ajo<\/strong> picados<\/li>\n<li>1 taza y media de <strong>zanahoria<\/strong> rallada<\/li>\n<li>1 tallo de <strong>apio<\/strong> picado<\/li>\n<li>10 <strong>aceitunas verdes<\/strong> picadas<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de <strong>Tahini<\/strong> (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de <strong>albahaca y perejil frescos<\/strong> picados<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita colmada de <strong>hierbas secas<\/strong> (or\u00e9gano, albahaca, mejorana)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Pon el <strong>agua a hervir<\/strong> en un cazo. <strong>A\u00f1ade la sal y el trigo sarraceno.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2. Una vez el agua vuelva a hervir, d\u00e9jala a <strong>fuego lento durante 20 minutos<\/strong>, hasta que se absorba por completo. Quita la tapa del cazo y deja que el trigo sarraceno se enfr\u00ede.<\/p>\n<p>3. Calienta 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n y <strong>fr\u00ede las cebollas y el ajo<\/strong> con un pellizco de sal durante 3 minutos. A\u00f1ade las zanahorias, despu\u00e9s el apio, y contin\u00faa friendo unos minutos.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>A\u00f1ade las verduras al trigo sarraceno<\/strong> junto con las aceitunas, las hierbas secas y las hierbas frescas.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>M\u00e9zclalo todo bien<\/strong> con las manos hasta obtener una masa agradable. A\u00f1ade sal y pimienta a tu gusto.<\/p>\n<p>6. Coge peque\u00f1as porciones, con las manos o con un par de cucharas, y <strong>dales forma de bola o de croqueta<\/strong>. Repite este proceso con el resto de la masa.<\/p>\n<p>7.
