Para ello, <strong>el organismo debe contrarrestar las tendencias hacia la acidez o alcalinidad mediante unos mecanismos reguladores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando estos sistemas reguladores son insuficientes o ineficaces ocurre la <strong>acidosis<\/strong>. No es que la sangre se vuelva \u00e1cida, sino que <strong>disminuye la reserva alcalina, sobre todo el calcio de los huesos,<\/strong> con los desequilibrios que esto supone.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfQu\u00e9 causa la acidosis?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Las causas de la acidosis se encuentran en una <strong>incapacidad del ri\u00f1\u00f3n para eliminar \u00e1cidos<\/strong>, sobre todo \u00e1cido \u00farico.<\/li>\n<li>Una <strong>incapacidad pulmonar para eliminar el di\u00f3xido de carbono.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Las <strong>alteraciones hep\u00e1ticas o metab\u00f3licas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Las <strong>dietas con exceso de \u00e1cidos<\/strong> que no se metabolizan o con predominio de alimentos acidificantes.<\/li>\n<li>El <strong>estr\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Las <strong>fermentaciones intestinales<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>\u00bfQu\u00e9 alteraciones provoca la acidosis en el organismo?<\/h4>\n<p>Son muchas y muy variadas las alteraciones que pueden causar las sustancias \u00e1cidas no eliminadas como i<strong>rritaci\u00f3n de tejidos, inflamaciones dolorosas y heridas en las mucosas<\/strong>, ardor al orinar, sudor \u00e1cido que agrieta la piel, desmineralizaci\u00f3n, hipofunci\u00f3n de las gl\u00e1ndulas endocrinas, disminuci\u00f3n de las defensas, formaci\u00f3n de dep\u00f3sitos, desequilibrios nerviosos y emocionales, debilitamiento general.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los s\u00edntomas de la acidosis?<\/h4>\n<p>De todos los s\u00edntomas de la acidosis, los m\u00e1s frecuentes son la <strong>desmineralizaci\u00f3n que sufre el organismo<\/strong> en su intento de neutralizar los \u00e1cidos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de: <strong>fatiga cr\u00f3nica, enc\u00edas inflamadas, cabello sin brillo, piel seca, u\u00f1as agrietadas, calambres y espasmos musculares.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfC\u00f3mo eliminar los \u00e1cidos del organismo?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Se recomienda una <strong>buena oxigenaci\u00f3n de los pulmones<\/strong> mediante paseos y ejercicios respiratorios.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ayudar a los ri\u00f1ones a eliminar<\/strong> mediante compresas de jengibre y ba\u00f1os hipert\u00e9rmicos por todo el cuerpo.<\/li>\n<li>Y a trav\u00e9s de la piel mediante <strong>saunas, ba\u00f1os de vapor.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Muy importante, planificar una <strong>dieta alcalinizante rica en verduras y algas y pobre en az\u00facar, carnes y grasas<\/strong>. Son alimentos acidificantes los que dejan residuos: suelen ser alimentos ricos en prote\u00ednas y grasas como las carnes, pescados, huevos, productos l\u00e1cteos, boller\u00eda o cereales refinados.<\/li>\n<li>Se recomiendan todas las verduras, <strong>en especial las verduras de ra\u00edz<\/strong> como la zanahoria, la chiriv\u00eda, la bardana, el nabo daik\u00f3n, los rabanitos; <strong>as\u00ed como las verduras de hojas verdes. Se recomienda evitar los tomates, las berenjenas y los pimientos por su gran efecto acidificante.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Introducir las algas marinas como el alga Kombu, Wakame, Hijiki, Arame, Nori\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar alcalinizantes potentes como la ciruela de umeboshi, siempre que la condici\u00f3n de la persona lo tolere, y t\u00e9s japoneses como el t\u00e9 Bancha o Kukicha.<\/li>\n<li>Respecto a las frutas, tienen \u00e1cidos que se metabolizan por las personas vitales y cuando hace calor. Por el contrario, las personas poco vitales, poco resistentes al fr\u00edo y que se cansan con facilidad, tienen dificultad para metabolizar y eliminar estos \u00e1cidos, produci\u00e9ndoles algunos de los s\u00edntomas de la acidificaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>La fruta debe comerse sobre todo durante la \u00e9poca veraniega y la mejor hora ser\u00eda las 5 de la tarde.
