Solo basta descargarse una app para medir varios criterios y mejorar as\u00ed el entrenamientos y los logros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; las redes sociales<\/strong>: en la era del digital en la que vivimos, todo se comparte v\u00eda redes sociales y a muchos les gusta compartir sus logros, consiguiendo as\u00ed una motivaci\u00f3n suplementaria.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>los horarios flexibles<\/strong>: no hace falta buscar una clase que coincida con tus momentos de tiempo libre.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>solo\/a o acompa\u00f1ado\/a<\/strong>: es un deporte que se puede practicar solo\/a pero si te apetece tambi\u00e9n lo puedes hacer en grupo. \u00a1Se multiplican los eventos para ir a correr en grupo! Adem\u00e1s, de conocer a gente nueva, practicar con m\u00e1s personas, supone un extra de motivaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>el coste<\/strong>: Haciendo running se gasta muy poco en equipamiento (a un nivel b\u00e1sico).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>la toma de conciencia<\/strong>: actualmente prestamos m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a la importancia de estar en forma y cuidar la salud. Esa es la raz\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante que hace del running un deporte tan de moda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el running sea un deporte accesible a todos, para el que no hace falta disponer de un entrenador, realizar ciertas <strong>pruebas pueden ayudarte a sacar el mayor partido a tus entrenamientos<\/strong> y alcanzar tus objetivos sin sufrir lesiones:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>La prueba de pisada<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u00bfSab\u00edas que el 80% de los males asociados a la carrera son debidos a una mala pronaci\u00f3n (<strong>rotaci\u00f3n del pie hacia el interior cuando corres o caminas<\/strong>) no corregida? Para remediar este problema, es importante realizar pruebas de pisada. El proceso es muy sencillo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subes en una cinta y corres durante 1 \u00f3 2 minutos en situaci\u00f3n real de carrera.<\/li>\n<li>La m\u00e1quina graba tus movimientos y pisadas.<\/li>\n<li>Un profesional analiza los datos y deduce qu\u00e9 tipo de pisada tienes. Existen tres: la neutra, la pronadora y la supinadora.<\/li>\n<li>Seg\u00fan el resultado, se elige la plantilla que necesitas para correr correctamente. Y se te ofrece un plan de acci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>La prueba de esfuerzo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Esta prueba permite valorar la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica del deportista<\/strong> y no deportista. Existen varios tipos pero se suelen hacer en un tapiz rodante o una bici est\u00e1tica. La persona tiene que someterse a diferentes tests, que son luego analizados para poder conocer:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; la frecuencia cardiaca m\u00e1xima (pr\u00e1ctica)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; el consumo m\u00e1ximo de ox\u00edgeno que nuestro cuerpo puede procesar<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; los umbrales l\u00e1cticos, ventilatorios y anaer\u00f3bicos<\/p>\n<p><strong>El objetivo final es poder personalizar un programa de entrenamiento con precisi\u00f3n para lograr objetivos de rendimiento deportivo o tambi\u00e9n de est\u00e9tica y salud. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En SHA, puedes pasar estas dos pruebas para que saques el mejor partido de tu entrenamiento.
